At the beginning it was okay Dow deposit wasn’t bad monthly payment was fine. They got me a unit fast and the keys fast. I had to get a new bank card and one month the payment was late by couple days they was very rude and not understanding at all. When I was ready to get my stuff out I gave them my 30 days and they charged me my last month plus a move out fee I had no idea I had to pay till I said I was gonna leave. I then asked about my deposit and they said I was only gonna get 10 bucks back because they take deposit due to pro rate fee which I never had idea they did that either. So all together to move out they took 130 from me. I will not go back if I need a storage unit again.

I never like to put my stuff in storage, however sto-n-go storage is a safe place to keep your belongings in and the owner is a wonderful person and very friendly and very helpful. If I have to ever store my stuff again and I am near three rivers, I will definitely be using sto-n-go again.
