I do not recommend this place. I saw many reviews about integrity, I don't think so. Spent $784 for brakes and wheel bearing. Drove 350 miles and brakes sezied and burnt. Cost me $535 to have them redone. Penny auto claims this can happen and will not give me any compensation. Not happy and recommend using someone else.

You would think with all of the good reviews that you could trust this place but unfortunately that was a big mistake on my end.side note they leave your keys in your car with it unlocked. Just in case you have valuables keep that in mind. Insurance won’t cover that but a lawsuit will.Be cautious with this place. Really bad vibes

First impression....I appreciate the friendly staff and knowledgeable people who are working here. Was able to drop off my vehicle and was even offered a ride to my destination. The vehicle was inspected, and the service was completely in a timely fashion. The price for service was fair. In and out without wasting an entire day...Nice!

What no reviews yet for Penny Auto! Hadn't been there in a while but they have always been quick, fair priced, consistant with me in the past. Good communication too. I think they get you back on the road a little quicker than some but sometimes pretty busy.

What a relief it was to find a reliable auto repair shop. Was able to get my car in the next day, and get it taken care of before noon. Some of the lowest prices around. Absolutely wonderful customer service! I will definitely use them from now on.
