I really love the people who work at this store. They ALWAYS have odd parts for older cars in stock that I can’t find at advanced/autozone. Plus the guys who work there are genuinely knowledgeable about vehicles and what they sell. 10/10 experience every time.

Easy to work with on the phone. They usually have any part you need. Sometime they’re not the 100% same as the part you take off but that’s not the stores fault.

I went in to see if they did battery testing due to my battery not keeping a charge today. Noah was the team member that helped me. He was very thorough and quick to handle my situation. After the battery testing came back that my battery was bad.He quoted me for the right size battery. He even installed it and cleaned the corrosion off the connectors. He then made sure that my Jeep started. So I'll be able to make it home. My husband and I always choose O'Reilly's because of the customer service that we get from this location.
