They usually always have the best prices and adding they 11% rebate is like getting a check in the mail after a few weeks and saving those receipts. That's probably what makes menards the best. The three rivers location does a really great job with serving their customers. They are like having a friend on the inside, they find you that deal if there is one.

Building department is clueless gives you a price for a product and say you can Pick up atstore then when you go to order it they say you can't pick it up the store That day must be delivered to your house then they want to charge you an extra $200 more buyer beware!! Door dept is clueless on overhead door springs for the doors that they sell

Great location, always clean and stocked. just a bad experience with an employee. I was driving on my way to Menards at 2:55pm on March 28, southbound on US 131 turning right onto Broadway road. When this car abruptly went into my lane but I slowed down and let him in. But then he decided to go really slow on purpose from that point on until I got into the Menards parking lot. When we turned on Warner Drive he was going even slower trying to be petty and trying to instigate me. I didn't have a problem with him abruptly getting into my turn lane. I had a problem with him trying to slow me down and driving slowly in front of me on purpose to prove a point. I was just minding my own business until this this guy ruined my day. I work construction and spend close to $10,000 at least here at this exact Menards locationI also spend a lot of money at the Kalamazoo and Elkhart location.What a miserable human being.

I had an experience with a rude employee at the Three Rivers menards.His name was Tony so I waited till Monday. To go in and talk to the manager. And I guess they've already had their little group meeting because the manager said there was nothing he can do about it now. And he will talk to his employee and there was a gentleman there. That also said he's rude every time I've been in here too. I left there and went over to home depot, the employeesthere were so polite and so helpful.

I prepared an online order for this store with 15 items totaling nearly $500. The store is over 30 miles away and the only reason I was going there is because it had a window in stock that I want to buy. When I went to check out I was hit with a $15 processing fee that is not explained anywhere on the website. I called the store and was told that they charge $1 per item if they pull it for the customer. I've never heard of such a thing and cancelled my order.

sometimes you get a manager who is utterly full of himself and can't stop grinning like a shark when you find out you've spent $3000 and got no rebate, hit no sales, got nothing off during the BIG BIG BIG! Sale from Thanksgiving to Black Friday to CyberMonday. Saved not one cent. Manager just grinning like He Won, I Lost. Zero-sum game. Gotta be a loser and it ain't going to be his store so BOOM! the customer loses. While the manager grins like a shark. Relishes in acting in Bad Faith. His employees saw it, too.

I have bought a lot from Menards over the years. 10s of thousands worth. Things have gotten worse. The lack of training and employees combined with sneaky practices like putting an order in online, paying %20 more because they grab the items for you then you getting there and having to go to the rear of the store so they can tell you to go to the front of the store to get the paper then them telling you to go back to the rear of the store then waiting 20 minutes for someone to give you your items they claimed were ready for pickup that you paid a lot of money to have ready. This is normal procedure, CHECK YOUR ITEMS! I have had multiple occasions where items were wrong.

Best experience ive had at menards. Mr landon is a great help and definitely one employee that needs a raise. Cart loaded and hands loaded seen me headed to my truck and stoped what he was doing to help me haul everything to the truck and load it!!!! Not many will help like he did !!
