This is genuinely the most frustrating and unprofessional insurance agency I have ever delt with and i’ve delt with plenty. My service started off great with a policy price I could stand behind, after 6 months of never missing a payment and paying the same price they called to inform me they’d be raising my rate by nearly $100. I called back multiple times asking for the woman who called (Lyndsay Gray) to explain why my policy was being raised. I called multiple days in a row, left multiple emails and she never got back to me. After speaking with a higher up at allstate and informing them what was going on the other woman informed me they changed the policy, which I was unaware of, and was able to bring my premium back down by $100. This took the woman on the phone all of 15 minutes. Each time I called customer service for this location Jody, the receptionist was rude and acted as if she didn’t have time to speak with me and I never received a call back from lyndsay. Only reason i’m keeping this company for the next 6 months is because the higher up at allstate helped, otherwise i would be switching companies.

Always get answers to questions i have i deal a lot with Lindsey Gray and she is amazing she works hard to make sure her customers are happy always has a smile on her face and just makes you feel comfortable overall happy with Allstate dont think i could go anywhere else

I highly recommend Allstate for all your insurance needs. I've bundled home, auto, life and they beat everyone's prices going on over two years now. The customer service is outstanding and timely. You won't be disappointed!
