I was the only one in the drive through line. When I got up to the window the girl said just a minute please and walked away and stood and talked for 10 minutes to a coworker. Eventually someone else came and told me just a minute please and walked away again it took well over 15 minutes to pick up one prescription that was supposedly ready before I ever got there. I will not be using Meijer Pharmacies unless absolutely necessary in the future.

I had someone go pick up my prescription recently since it listed as "ready" in the app in the morning. When they go there, part of the prescription was "out of stock." When I asked the pharmacy why that change occurred, they stated "Oh. We gave that to the wrong person. Sorry."
6 visits this year, 5 errors. I would only recommend this pharmacy to someone if I wanted them to suffer.

I would give 0 stars.. I never been to this pharmacy but my doctor sent my medicine to wrong pharmacy and when I get home realized the script was wrong so called and asked a question and the girl her name is Carrie was very rude and she hung up on me... Very very rude.

Scheduled flu vaccine appointment online for my child (3). Confirmed appointment and received reminder text as well. Showed up to appointment as scheduled with my child(we live 20 minutes away), was told that they didn’t do under 5 for age, and that they forgot to call and tell me. If you don’t provide the service for a specific age, your app shouldn’t let the appointment be scheduled at all. Walgreen’s does ages 3 and up ? FYI (in case it saves some one else the hassle)

Rude staff and terrible with prioritizing patients that are there waiting for their script. Wait times get pushed back repeatedly. Switching pharmacies before I get a script filled here again. ?

Less than 1 star. This pharmacy used to be super helpful and good with insurance. The ladt two experiences with this team have been horrible.I get 90 day prescriptions so I can't renew until a week prior to running out and each time I need confirmatiin from my physician.I sent a refill order on Friday, went to pick up on Saturday and Sunday with them waiting for confirmation from my physician each time.Monday I called my physician who confirmed that she had renewed the order on Sunday morning. I went Monday afternoon to pick up and they still had no order on file. It was after office hours for my physician.Tuesday morning I was out of a medication that causes such severe withdrawal symptoms for me that I cannot function in public at all. I confirmed with my doctor again Tuesday that the order had been written.I went to the pharmacy again and they stated there was no order for any of them. I told them that I didnt care about the blood pressure stuff but the other med was causing me serious withdrawal symptoms. This is not a narcotic medicatiin by the way, non habit forming. The pharmacist told me there was nothing they could do and to have my physician phone them. I did that to return to a situation 20 minutes later that had not changed. I repeated that I was experiencing serious withdrawal. No help even though I have filled this same prescription there for longer than 8 consecutive years.No manager involvement from a customer who has shown up to retrieve the same medications for 4 consecutive days without delivery?Meijer Three Rivers pharmacy has NO customer service policies in place to escalate obvious customer difficulties for assistance.For that reason they have forever lost my business.I do NOT recommend using this pharmacy. Their policies do not include any level of empathetic support for their customer's experiences.

My husband was just given a higher dose pill then the bottle said. Check your meds!! They keep saying that the script is ready then something always comes up and everything it is meijers fault. What a joke.. also if there is a problem, why do they not call? It's heart medication!!!!

Today I went to get my meds, I went right in the morning because i have to take my meds in the morning, I can not take them any other time. Normally my meds cost me 10 dollars.. today it was 117! I explained to the girl working (storm was her name) that was wrong and to please make sure they were billing the right insurance. She stated that they were billing insurance and that was correct. I said no that I not correct I have my insurance card right here with me can you please check to make sure it’s right.. she told me now and used GoodRX to bring it down to 30 and asked if that was okay. I told her no that is not okay, she still wasn’t using my insurance. She told me that my insurance deductible was probably not met and that’s why my insurance wasn’t going through. I left talked to my insurance and had no claims for this meds refill.. I called the pharmacy and explained what happened and they lady (Amy) told me that the girl before was billing the wrong insurance.. wasted my time and was rude to me about not just checking that they were using the right insurance. I have been picking these meds up from this pharmacy for over a year and have never had my bill be wrong before so I knew it was something on her end, why I wanted her to double check but no that was too hard for her apparently. So now I have to go without my meds that I NEED because she wouldn’t listen to me.

I have filled scripts several times here and I keep forgetting how strict and how condescending the pharmacist is… they won’t let you get scripts a few days early even if you need a small backup for emergencies… I have one car, only front wheel drive which isn’t dependable in winter… I will never get my scripts here again!
