Complete hacks, got nothing but excuses on the shotty workmanship I received when they worked on my 2014 lml duramax took the truck back multiple times for the problems I was having and nothing was ever fixed correctly after 10k+ dollars in repair and upgrades. Truck never ran correctly after they worked on it, was so upset ended up selling the truck and giving up . Beware they have no clue what they are doing !

We are traveling from Arizona and our Ram diesel truck started to up. I called Legendary and chatted a bit about my problem. Chad was professional and knowledgeable over the phone and I decided to make an appointment to bring our truck in (even though he was 40 miles away from where we were staying.). I wish we lived closer as I would bring all my business to him and his knowledgeable mechanic, Dave. Had a great experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I paid 120.00 to have legendary performance tell me the part I need is on a two year back order and there was nothing they could do.I found the part I needed in one phone call. When I told them I found the part they tried to charge me to go pick it up, or else they wouldn’t warranty there work…My opinion is that they are extremely busy and don’t want any more new customers.

So let me start by saying I have gone here in the past for simple modifications (exhaust, gauges, tuner) all went well, I have recommended this place on numerous occasions to anyone that needed diesel work done. My 7.3 had a slight tick develop brought it in to confirm injectors were bad they confirmed #3 and #8 I was happy it wasn't a rod and proceeded to order $6000 in parts new turbo, injectors, glow plugs, harnesses, HPOP, up-pipes, Valve Body for Transmission and cooler. They were busy and it took awhile (also took me 3mths to get all the parts) to get completed that happens I was fine with waiting (7mths total) for the work to be done RIGHT come to find out it wasn't. Got there to pick up bill was $500 more than I was quoted (I spent $5000 with them I wanted it all done right didn't argue) Had a lot of old parts and cores to pick up asked multiple times if I got it all back they said yes come to find out they put my Turbo Pedestal in the HPOP core box and forgot to give me my HPOP core (honest mistake? probably things get misplaced stuff happens), I brought new ICP/IPR with the rest of the parts they changed the IPR to attempt to fix a idle issue also replaced ICP never found the one I gave them to install and didn't give me the old part they said was leaking never called to say it was missing total of $550 in sensors that can and should be bought from Ford directly for half the price no reason to X4 markup on cheap on aftermarket parts to people who are already spending good money, same story with the door lock actuator I provided the part didn't get the old one and got charged for a new one. $33.71 FOR A $9 WIX FILTER $35.99 FOR A $.22 O-RING I put a couple hundred miles on it hearing a metal to metal knock come to find out the exhaust they put on is laying across the crossmember and hitting 2 bolts. Had them put in Oil catch can to prevent oil in intake/intercooler seems to be missing the return to intake why have a catch can if your going to vent to atmosphere. Dan called me to explain they had a Idle issue couldn't determine the cause thought my HPOP was to big and pumping to much pressure hadn't heard of a adrenaline HPOP before (Top of the line 7.3 Oil Pump should know exactly what it is), Tuning seems to be the issue on the idle doesn't appear to be their fault but haven't ruled it out they didn't know about the tuner that is in it(Hydra). Last but not least over 20 hose clamps within one sq. ft hooked up to a trailer going to Indiana transmission line blows off within 50miles lost 5qts of fluid on 131 looked underneath and was shocked. This is all within 200 Miles of pickup I'm sure there's more I will find after a few more miles almost ready to tear it all down and make sure the big stuff is done right, If you cant do the little things correctly like a Transmission cooler and a Exhaust system should you be tearing into heads, injectors and oil pumps?(Also asked for a row of a holes for push button switches got that mess it was worse before I drilled out holes with the correct size drill bit they sent a dull apprentice in with a STEP BIT to mount them no where near straight need a new panel)
