Ok my check engine light came on so I called and schedule an appointment. When I got there they was kinda rude and acted like I was a problem. Whatever so I went to Applebee's to get a bite while I waited. They called be and asked if I'm from the area I said I'm living in colon now he then said well I seen you I'll. Plates and I don't want to bother with ordering any parts and that there is a Chevy in colon I can go to. Ok so they don't want my business.

These people are awesome. Very friendly and helpful, my old car broke down right in front of the dealer on the side of the highway and I had just taken my tools out of the trunk and put them into my new car. I needed to throw a new battery on so I could drive it the rest of the way to the repair shop, they let me borrow a ratchet, and made sure I was able to get my car started again. These people are down to earth and care about everyone whether they are customers or not.

I bought my truck at vetter a little over a month ago. Since I bought it the engine has developed at very rough idle and a lifter tick/tap. I have brought the truck back to Vetter twice and both times they said it was "normal" even though there is a well known and well documented problem with the 5.3 engine that has all the same symptoms mine is having. if this issue is not fixed it is likely the motor will need to be replaced. He also said the rough idle is "normal"There is a power train warranty on the truck, but the service manager called the warranty company and told them "he wasn't that concerned about it" so now the warranty company won't fix the bad lifters and the dealership won't stand behind the truck I bought from them. According to the service manager a worn lifter that is "bleeding down" is not a failed part and this is his reason for disregarding my concern that this will lead to engine failure. So thank you to the service manager at vetter for convincing the warranty company to not fix my truck and for not standing behind your product, I will never buy another car from you and will always tell people of my extremely poor experience. A one star review is too much but it wouldn't let me give a 0
