I called regarding an appointment. Was lectured on the age of the client and was hung up on when I asked for better suggestions since she was against dying a teens hair. Worst customer service ever super unprofessional.

She is the most personable Stylist I've ever been to, you can tell that she Loves doing hair & she's so great at what she does! I have thick, curly hair & have had some less than great experiences with haircuts but I trust her 100%! Ann makes you feel like you've known each other for years :) I'm not sure of everything that she offers but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my haircuts. It's been almost 2 years since my last one, but she squeezed me in for the next day when I called!
