They are always so nice in here. I've been taking my pets here for years and they have some of the friendliest staff I've ever met at the vet. Dr. Hedge's does a good job checking each animal, and he's really good at figuring out what's wrong and explaining it in an easy to understand way. He saved one of my cats when we thought we'd have to put him down.

I was a long time customer of Dr. Hedges. then he got a new assistant. My dog was birthing babies, they were stuck, I called and even though they were in office, she refused to see my Tinker. I was very upset, she hung up on me and refuses treatment for any of my animals. This is the entire truth. bad business.

Their teeth cleaning price went from $200 to $500 without warning. I expressed how unhappy i was about this by making a complaint then leaving. 4 days later a letter arrived stating they would no longer service my therapy dog.

I made an appointment to get my therapy dogs teeth cleaned they did not give an estimate and since it was under $200 last year I felt it was same. When I went for apt I was shown estimate of almost $500 and tile if there were extractions the fee would be higher. In shock I replayed at 78 years old I certainly didn't have that kind of $ and left. Four days later a letter arrived stating they would no longer service my therapy dog.

No new patient's. Crossroads wants 200 for males and 300 for females to get fixed. Sad we couldn't find a cheaper alternative to fix the drop offs I keep getting stuck with.

Terrible customer service. Very rude lady at desk. Was told to take my service elsewhere because of writing a check. After had already wrote 3 previous ones. She wasn't gonna investigate nothing. When brought to her attention suddenly she remembered. This is after two separate trips were made to the vet. Very unprofessional to my wife and me.
