These guys are awesome, very kind & genuine people, not trying to rip anyone off. I went to a few other shops in the area trying to find someone to to do a code scan on my car & was told it would be an hour of labour. These guys here at Guaranteed Muffler, not only cleared and checked the codes for me but also checked the oil & stuff for free as well. Very kind hearted people. They are like a family here & treat everyone who walks in that door the same.
Thanks again guys. Your kindness really does go a long way. ?

I've been using Guaranteed Muffler for the past two years. Even after moving to Kalamazoo, I still make the drive because finding a trustworthy auto repair shop is really important, especially as a women. Nikita and Sue have always treated me with respect and have been totally upfront about all my car repairs.
What I really appreciate is that they take the time to explain everything to me in a way that makes sense, even if I'm not familiar with all the car jargon. They go the extra mile to make sure I understand what's going on with my car, which builds a lot of trust.
When it comes to the actual repairs and costs, they're the best, plain and simple. I've had bad experiences elsewhere, where they promised a quick fix but ended up dragging it out for weeks and the problem wasn't even fixed properly. That's never been the case with Nikita's shop. They're thorough and they get the job done in a timely manner.
If I could, I'd give them 10 stars, but Google only allows five. They've earned every one of those stars with their exceptional service and quality repairs.

Had an exhaust pipe break so my Honda Civic was very load. They were able to cut a small section out and weld a short piece to repair it in about an hour for under $100.

Excellent service! Did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my brake pads and rotors. Very affordable prices also! I would highly recommend Guaranteed Complete Auto Service for general/basic auto repairs anyday.
