Honestly it’s so sad seeing all these bad reviews I don’t know her name but whenever I walk in to deposit my checks she’s always there and very friendly :) Always happy when she greets me

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst banks around. 5/3rd in general, not just this office is absolutely horrible. They all say something different, there is no real customer service. Don't do it, seriously go elsewhere for your banking needs.

They will never send ypu your card. No matter how many times you order it. Don't call because they don't plan to answer, I will bet you your next paycheck you are on hold at least 10 minutes.

We had the worst experience ever at Fifth Third Bank today. The customer service was horrible and I have NEVER been treated like that at any bank in my life. They were rude and unprofessional and we walked out without opening an account. We went straight to a completely different bank and were treated great by a friendly crew and opened an account with them. Fifth Third lost our business. We won’t be going to them and will never recommend them to anyone!

Never answer. Holidays they leave early don't answer phones in the last hour. I don't know if it's the bank or just the three rivers branch but they single handedly made it easy for me to switch banks they don't care about there jobs. Then get really upset when you call 900 times to just see when they close an the call center isn't updated to holiday hours an it just sends you to a automated thing again for account info nothing to do with what I wanted. Very very unprofessional.

Good, but they need to make better Debit cards. I've already gone through two because the chip wore out.
