It was average experience I would say. Took a lot longer because of the late in the week inquiry for the radiator I was needing, I do understand it all takes time and manpower to make things happen especially with this kinda business. But for the most part it has been a good experience for me. I will definetly be coming back to this business whenever I need auto parts that can be recycled from past damaged/used vehicles. Customer service was great up until the communication misunderstanding about picking my part up. Either way I’ll be back, and because of them I can still continue to get back and forth to do what I need to be doing at any given time or day. Thank you for being in business and available to the public.

Waited two weeks for a front bumper assembly that I had ordered and paid for, everytime i called they assured me that lt was in transit, finally a supervisor looked into it and turns out they never had the bumper to begin with. so i requested a refund. after 5 days I still did not recieve a refund receipt and had to continually call for a refund, they then refunded me for the wrong amount, i called again, they refunded again for the wrong amount and i had to call yet again to recieve my correct amount back.

Brian and service was great! I had a rim that was busted I sent him a picture of my rim and he immediately replied that he had it in stock and was ready for pick up. Very pleased with the service.
