I can't express how wonderful this clinic is!! My dog was seriously ill and they not only worked me in, but at one point all 4 doctors were working on her. Thanks to their wonderful compassion and care my dog made a full recovery. They have always gone out of their way to provide the best care for all of my animals and take the time to explain their recommended treatment for them.

Crossroads is one of the best vets I've been to in the area. I travel from Augusta just to see them. All four doctors are incredibly attentive and always take amazing care of my babies. They see my entire clan of 3 dogs, 5 cats and 4 bunnies and never fail me! They are willing to always go the extra mile to give me the best care even when they are super busy. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet!

I have a 2yr old golden doodle that loves getting into trouble, I know I can call crossroads whenever and they will walk me through making an appointment and what I can do at home to manage until my appointment! Thanks!

Extremely grateful for this clinic and the staff! My dog Bentley loves it here and Dr Horton is always available to answer any questions I have. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!! Thanks for always taking such good care of my dog.

Stay away from this place. After going there and spending a significant amount of money with three dogs, this place is eager to sell all the vaccines (which in hindsight I did not need all of what was suggested and wish I was informed before letting them do all of them), tests, and prescriptions (at inflated prices), but then when one tries to get the prescription elsewhere they are completely unhelpful. I even asked for the prescription while I was there because I always shop around and find them significantly cheaper. Instead of giving them to me, Carol Horton said to let me know where I wanted them sent once I found the place and she would take care of it. Once I decided the Walmart pharmacy by me had them and the best price I called to let Crossroads know and send them over. Unfortunately I was then told a completely different story and that she would not do that, nor would she email them to me (which every vet I went to before would do). They told me I would have to drive all the way back just to pick up written prescriptions (which is crazy because I travel all over the country and have to get things filled wherever I go). I then talked with Carol on the phone about how unacceptable this situation was, specifically because she did not give them to me when I asked while I was there, and made very clear I would never come back there and leave a review about how unprofessional and ridiculous this was if they did not send the prescription to the pharmacy or email it. Needless to say, they did not make things right so here we are. I do not have the prescription, my dog goes without the entire weekend, and if I want them I have to waste my time and money driving all the way back Monday to pick up prescriptions they could have sent to the pharmacy or emailed me. What absolutely absurd behavior for a vet. If I had the ability I would open a clinic right next to them and treat people differently. Unfortunately this place does not have much competition in the area.

Hands down THE BEST vet tech in town. Chelsea is amazing, is a wealth of information, and has a knack for working with the sassiest of animals. The rest of the team is great and the clinic is clean and well cared for, but pro tip: request Chel as your vet tech if you can. ?

Crossroads has always done such a fantastic job of getting my animals in really quickly, and has always provided amazing and caring service. I travel 40 minutes to get there because they are so professional and thorough.

I have taken my pets to Crossroads for years. The staff is professional and friendly and my pups just seem to know they are in good hands. Recently I had to say goodbye to my 13 yo Yorkie, when faced with the decision to let her go, the entire staff was very supportive and allowed me all the time our family needed. I hope to not have to deal with that situation again soon, and I have no doubts with their help our new puppy will have a long, healthy life. Thank you!!

Amazing clinic! I take all of my animals (aka fur babies) here. No matter my concern they have always been helpful and honest. They've been a huge help with my blind kitten Nebula and her eye care. Not to mention they've been very patient with my chihuahua who is never thrilled to go see them; Regardless they treat her like the princess she is. Plus with so many doctors I can usually get in quick! Thank you crossroads staff!

This is the ABSOLUTE Best place! The things they’ve done for my fur babies is off the charts! So many times and examples I could share, but I’ll share my most recent. My Lily has congestive heart failure and is on meds for the rest of her life. I pre ordered through Heidi, her meds, to be delivered to Florida before we left for the winter Unfortunately Hurricane Milton came on the same day as they were due to be delivered so Heidi sent overnight to our hotel ( we had to evacuate ).
Dr Horton actually saved Lily from dying when she was mid diagnosed, and my Milo they saved him when I adopted him and he had sepsis. I just had to call and get a copy of Lily’s rabies shot and she had it emailed to me while on the phone before I even asked!!!
They treat you like family and love your babies as much as we do!! ?
1000⭐️ from my family EVERY DAY!!

I have been taking my babies here for years. I have always had awesome care. They have laughed and cried with me. An I have to say Tayler treats them like they are her babies. She’s the best.
