Made a appointment once accidentally slept through which ofc is my fault after waiting for months to finally get a appointment they failed to tell me there new location and that they couldn’t accept card. Once I explained that I couldn’t get cash she continued to say how I have cancelled countless times( I had only cancelled once). One day has gone by and the owner has thought to attempt to argue with my review just for some real quick clarity I had given my phone number and name to whoever receives the phone calls they had said they would call me back, they had never called me back. This is the only possible way I could have had more then one appointment, it is a possibility that they had put me down and simply never actually informed me of when they were I know because I did feel bad for sleeping through one appointment so after that I did make a genuine attempt to make a second appointment. That being said they would take my phone number and get back to me and did not. The woman who cuts my hair claimed I didn’t show up three times in a row while the owner said five. At this point this is funny to me especially that they requested respect from me even though I can’t get it from them. Timing scheduling beyond the one time I had slept through one appointment it’s been on them. I am aware that card problems happen and there’s nothing you can do to work around it but getting a phone call a hour from the appointment to tell me( which is a fine time span) then when I had exclaimed that I couldn’t run to the bank or atm on time I would like to reschedule I was greeted with: well your gonna have to go to the bank or we will not be serving you anymore because you’ve missed three appointments. So honestly if the owner has genuinely nothing better to do then call me out about respect on a google review they need to give it to receive it and useing my real name when didn’t use any of there to attempt to show some form of professionalism shows there lack of there own. They cut hair fine they do what u want but if u run into a mixup with dates and times expect what happened to me and if u don’t have that happen then good maybe they figured out professionalism

I thought it was pretty nice that when she(the hairdresser) was washing my hair she wasn't going crazy with the sprayer, trying not to splash me in the eyes on purpose. Lola (the dog) being there was pretty nice too since she loves people.
