Sold me a bum battery and never documented it on my account. Tried to replace it, told me no because they couldn’t find the documentation of it. With this electronic age and virtual receipts that’s kind of important. Ripped off.

Great parts store. All the parts for all the cars. They'll get stuff next day if not in stock. Generally friendly staff with automotive knowledge. Rewards program gets free stuff occasionally. Also, better prices than any of the other auto parts stores. No reason to go anywhere else.

Couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car, had it scanned and Jonnie (?) was able to come out and show me how to install the new part right in the parking lot! Everyone there was very helpful and explained everything for me

Horrible customer service... also told me my hub assembly had to be built, and they dont make one for my car which is not true. Auto zone has gone down hill and lost customers now because of it.
