It took 2 weeks for them to finally get to my car and diagnose, with the repair cost being 40% higher than my local mechanic. Not sure there's a reason for ever taking your car here.

Besides my oil change, they said my non-Ford had a clunk in my steering that needed to be fixed. $1000 later it wasn't fixed, and they said "take it to the dealer". What a rip-off. Do not use Three Oaks Ford.

I have been so pleased with Three Oaks Ford. I moved out to the area when Covid hit and while I had purchased my Ford Escape in Chicago, I was thrilled that I could receive regular servicing so close to my Michigan home. And, without any hassles. I appreciate the efficiency of the service department and especially Julia who does the scheduling. Everyone in the sales area is friendly and loves my dog, who comes with me to wait for the servicing to be completed. Really glad I have this resource so close by.

I’ve had my car serviced here a couple times this past summer and they are so nice! Very professional staff and great customer service. We also got a thank you card in the mail. It’s those extra touches that mean a lot to a customer! The girl at the service desk is awesome. So sweet and personable! Thanks Three Oaks Ford!! My bronco will be coming to you from now on ??
