Went here on a Saturday morning and Linda walked us through the entire selection she had and what the difference in the cuts of meat were. We haven't cooked anything up yet but am excited to try everything!

Best tasting meat!! Kind, friendly and helpful. Love the small town feel when buying. Don't be fooled though! They know their stuff!
