Kudos to the entire staff at the Lewis road location. I recently ordered two packages and both were not only handled with care, but most importantly left precisely where I wanted them to be. I reside in a two unit dwelling, and more often than not delivery instructions are not followed according to those that I give. The package ends up at my neighbor's doorstep, and God only knows what happens to them. Only USPS can deliver on time, with care and professional courtesy exactly where you want the package to be when it arrives! Bless all of you, stay safe, stay healthy.. all of us appreciate what you do everyday all day long!

I took a package in to send to Roseville, Michigan from Temperance on a Saturday. The clerk was very nice & helpful & due to postal delays, I sent it 1 week before I needed it to be delivered. It was quite heavy (books) & cost >$12. It was sent with tracking and was delivered as predicted on Monday! I was surprised it got there so quickly. This was the great service we have all come to expect.

The staff at this location are extremely nprofessional. They refused to check for a package that was delivered there because there was "too many" boxes. That is your job. It does not help that the staff look trashy as hell. If I went to my job looking like that I would be written up. Will never return to this location again. People need to learn to talk without throwing their hands everywhere.

Met with incredibly rude counter staff. If you work with the public, you should be at least somewhat polite. Tony was incredibly unhelpful and extremely rude, all because I had a prepaid label on a flat rate box. He wanted to cop an attitude, not offer any other shipping advice, and the only non flat rate box available in the office was no where near large enough to accommodate my package. I'll never utilize this location again and I'll be filing a complaint with USPS directly. Maybe it's time to retire if you can't be bothered to help people without being grouchy!

My usps delivery driver goes way to fast down my driveway. I have asked her to slow down before only to get a strange face and a sarcastic okay. My stone driveway is not a drag strip. Slow your #** down!!!

I called to check my package.. And the customer service was horrible and rude.. Just for checking on my package it was like a burden to this women.. If you don't have good customer service you have nothing. Very disappointed...
