I was in town visiting family and needed a last minute appointment. I got in same day at this salon. Heather was fun and accommodating on the phone. And Olivia did such a great color / and highlight job .I had recently had surgery onMy hand and could not wash my hair even. It was so nice to get pampered ! I felt very comfortable in this salon… I can tell youThat is not always the case!Headed back to Cleveland with fresh color and feeling great ! Thanks so much!Jamaica ?

I've never had a better experience than the one i had here! From the front desk to the chair where my stylist (brandon) cut my hair. I got the exact cut that i showed him, and have never been happier. I will never go anywhere else!!

The lead up:I had been a client for years, stylist/former owner Kim Hopkins took wonderful care of my hair and is a ray of sunshine all day, every day.Sadly….The pandemic hit at almost the precise moment that Brandon Harris purchased the business.My choices:Like every other person of a certain age who colored their hair, I was faced with a dilemma. Color it myself or pull the plug on my perceived youthful look and go gray. My sister, a natural dark blonde with highlights, chose to go all gray. Not surprisingly, she transitioned beautifully and looks fantastic. I on the other hand, have dark brown/red hair and my roots stood out in stark contrast. I had been used to touch-ups literally every other week. So, I started out using boxed hair color to keep my roots in check. This worked pretty well. I also trimmed my own hair using online tutorials. Since it was long and straight this worked moderately well. It all went south when I decided that I needed full color. The color was not good, the condition deteriorated rapidly, and I began to avoid the mirror.The decision:I made an appointment for a consultation with Brandon. I felt immediately that this was the person who could save my hair and my dignity. I suggested that I might be ready to transition to gray, finally releasing myself from the confines of root touch up every two weeks. To that end, Brandon applied a great combination of highlights and lowlights, trimmed off the significant damage and my new look was complete. The look and feel of my ‘new’ hair literally brought tears of joy. Additionally, Brandon suggested a line of products to help repair and compliment my new hair needs, which worked out very well.Currently…I have put my plan to transition to gray on hold. I am really enjoying my new color and style, it lasts far longer than two weeks and I leave feeling wonderful every single time. Brandon is truly gifted; a master of his craft and he clearly loves what he does. It adds up to a fantastic experience, one I always look forward to.The take away:Do yourself a favor and visit this salon. You will leave feeling fresh, pampered and pretty. They offer a variety of services and products and are truly happy to serve their clientele. Four years later, Brandon has proved that he made the right decision to purchase this business; it is thriving under his care, as am I.
