EXPENSIVE! Long wait times to be seen almost always! Yet they have lots of staff?? Every time my chihuahua needs her heart medication filled or adjusted they insist on her coming BACK IN to be seen! Trying to gouge pet owners who are already STRAPPED financially to pay for new building perhaps? Only thing good is Dr Samson! Not happy! My POOR baby dog is suffering with this condition which isn’t curable and they are playing games with meds? awful!

Wonderful staff that are very patient with the more "difficult" dogs. Came here when our normal vet was closed for an emergency, and our girl was taken very good care of. Definitely will be switching our pets care to here.

I would like to say Thank You so very much to the staff for taking care of my baby. Saiga mysteriously lost the use of her back legs and we were scared to death. We couldn't get into any other vet and simply couldn't afford a huge bill but the staff got us in and took Excellent care of my girl. She is up and walking again, albeit very gingerly, but after the care she recieved at your office she bounced back. God bless all of you and we will remain eternally grateful for your service to my baby. We shall see you all again very soon under different circumstances I hope as she is due shots. Once again, thank you from my family to yours, it means the world to us.

We hadn't been there in a few yrs (moved & married). This morning I called our vet for our cat, Missy who needed to be pain-free. According to web & ph they were open, nope closed. I called Temperance Animal Hospital as we we're leaving vet. Temperance was so nice (as they were 4 yrs ago). They told me to come right on. From the minute we walked through the doors, the staff was amazing! We were taken into a Comfort Room and the horrible reason we were there, the nurse advocator for Missy was exceptional. She was incredible. Thank you.

They had a desert truck thier called Carousel’s Icery Toledo and it was so tasty and service was great as well as all the staff at the hospital they treat our pets like thier own.

This animal hospital is always clean and well organized. The staff seems genuinely concerned about the health and welfare of my pet. They are one of the few that offers oncology treatments in the area for those of us not wanting to travel to Cleveland, Columbus or Detroit.

We absolutely love these guys. Years ago when I had my little girl, we had an emergency but it was late. I called, because I knew I couldn't get there before closing, it would probably be a half hour after. They said come on in, and waited for us. They were very compassionate with us, and our little girl. Saved her life. Because of the way we were treated, we considered them for our ne little boy and girl we adopted.
Granted, it is a long drive, and we'll go by many vets , but we don't regret the decision to take our babies here.
They've been great with us, and the babies. Our male we found has bone cancer, we had to rush him in without an appointment to be treated, but we honestly expected to not return with him. That wasn't the case. They've made it possible to give him hospice care, as comfortable as we could, but also let him enjoy what time here he has left.
You simply can't go wrong choosing them to treat your babies, with or without an appointment.

Very nice clean environment staff and doctor very friendly easy to talk to answered all questions and aware of budgets when diagnosing and testing pet was able to get immediate appt for very sick new puppy very positive environment for pet and owner treated pet as a family member

The entire staff is great and friendly but Christina was fantastic with our dog!! ?? She needed to be seen urgently on a holiday week & they fitted us in between appointments and had us wait in a personal room.
They weren't able to do the necessary surgery that day, but Christina helped us find an emergency vet that could, and updated them on her needs so it was quick and easy when we got there. The facility is very clean and organized, I'd highly recommend them if your pet isn't feeling well!

Vet staff was very helpful and understanding had many questions when I took my dog in for check up vet Cooper and tec Shelby f answered everyone of my questions the front desk people where great as well helping me to get an appointment next day but told them to call if any cancelations came up we would be there
