Don’t waste your time!! I came here for my first time called in the morning asking how much for a fill went in & waited 45 min just for me to sit in the chair for him to tell me he doesn’t have my color powder as he’s drilling my nails down and then proceeds to say he can’t do my nails because they’re lifting so I had to leave with my nails looking worse than before and mind you while I was waiting two other girls complained about their nails and one walked out because they looked bad! Definitely unprofessional service here never been to a salon this bad

Got my nails done Saturday. I was not asked how I wanted them shaped or length. The lady that did them had them crooked and they were wavy. She took almost 2 hrs just for a set of acrylic. I left unsatisfied and was just going to not come back. After looking at my nails more and others noticing it also I called back within an hour of leaving. I was told come back and someone else would fix them. I tried to allow them to redeem themselves by going back. Well. The nails had to be filed and more acrylic put on. 3 hours later and I was ready for paint. So 5 hours total. The nails are better than the 1st set however they feel like they are lifting already on quite a few nails and they are not even close to all being the same length. 65 dollars wasted because I am going somewhere else and just getting them done correctly tomorrow. The nails have been on 2 days and feel like half are loose. I wish I read reviews before I went. Not happy. I'm telling everyone I know not to go here. This is terrible. I guess the only good one there is the owner himself and he's always booked.

I used to go to lucky’s nail salon yearsss ago but stopped bc I moved out of the area. With the inflation and everything going up again so it’s forced me to find another salon so I looked up luckys. So despite all the horrible reviews from all these damn “Karen’s “? I actually had a great experience! The ladies are nice and did a great job on my daughters nails! No, seriously. Shaquille was so gentle doing my daughters nails(it was her first time getting acrylic nails)and was really nice and EASY to talk to and I appreciate that ? I will definitely be back and i suggest you give Luckys a chance and don’t listen to other ppl! Best prices in town too!

This was a simple manicure … no gel, no acrylicThe polish came off in a single piece.The first one came off after two days. They are always on their phone they don't pay attention to what they do on on the customer's nails and they do not have a license to be in that shop or to have the owner train them how to do nails because a lot of customers say that their nails fall off and they don't take the time to do the nails the way they're supposed to be done I've talked to other people that got their nails done from you guys and it was nasty and Lucky you're not shut downhorrible You're lucky you're not shut down

this place is terrible. the owner (Lucky) did my nails a week ago and it was almost as if he didnt want to, pulling my arm as hard as he could and twisting my hands every which way. super rough, and the environment is a mess. I should NOT have THREE broken nails after a WEEK. i dont lift anything heavy, or do anything out of the ordinary so 3 broken nails is crazy to me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Service: Acrylic nails
