They have absolutely gorgeous jewelry. They also have a fantastic puppy that is the reason my daughter comes with me when I go there. They have repaired my wedding ring at least five times. I'm thankful that I have someone with that level of talent within 3 miles of my home.

David and Dawn are the most amazing people. I called the shop this afternoon to see if they could size down a ring for me. A few minutes later I stopped by and dropped it off. David asked for me to call just a few hours later to see if it was done. He said he would try to get it finished before they closed due to the winter storm we are getting tomorrow. And sure enough, two hours later I was able to pick it up. Awesome customer service. Thank you for finishing this work so quickly.

I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing our experience has been with David Kay Jewelers. They are honest, never misleading you or construing the facts. They gave my wife and I their full undivided attention every single time we went in. Yet this was the only jeweler that I've visited where I did not feel pressured to purchase their product. They truly sought to understand what my wife (then my fiance) and I wanted as we were shopping for wedding rings. They were never seeking to upsell or push us towards more expensive options, even when some of the rings we were considering were less than a hundred dollars.Once we made our decision, we were in a time crush and David worked extra hard to have the rings ready in time for our wedding. So we and extremely thankful to the care we were given, the pricing which was lower than their competitors, and the quality of the rings that they sell.Many people in the community have mentioned David Kay Jewelers, and all they have to say are good things. Which I now have experienced firsthand.No other jeweler will be as selfless and caring as David Kay.So if you're looking for a jeweler who is skilled, has wisdom, honest, and selfless, you must go to David Kay Jewelers.

Dude who owns this place is a wizard lol. He made me an awesome engagement ? in a very short period of time. And my proposal went perfect. Definitely recommend ?. And they open earlier than the big box stores, which was helpful with my time crunch. Big thanks to the gentleman that owns this place.

I am so grateful that I chose this jeweler to buy our wedding rings from. David and Dawn, the owners are truly hero's in our small community. I wish I would have found him sooner. Someone recommended him to me and when I finally went, I found he does the best and most affordable jewelry repairs in the Michigan and toledo area. I have a ton of jewelry that needs repairs and he does an excellent job. Way cheaper than others and definitely is great at his job! I have recommended him now to several people and will continue to do so.
