Truthfully speaking, if it wasn't for her I was definitely leaving this insurance company ASAP especially since I can't have tow truck assistance even though I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years.....
Thank goodness she helped me out!
I could also tell that she wasn't from Michigan because she had a warm carrying attitude! Michiganders could really learn a lot from others.......
