I have nothing but praise and great appreciation for the Portage (MI) post office and all the people who work there. The folks behind the counter are always friendly, fast, and efficient. The parking is more than sufficient. The location is great. Even the selection of greeting cards is good. I hope that this location is never closed!

Great Customer Service, Most people write Reviews when they are angry with a Service..., But there is Nothing to complain about. From warm, smiling faces, to a warm place to do business. I chose to live out of the way off the beaten path, a small Post Office, P.O. Boxes, working hours... All come with the turf. Thanks to all the Postal Clerks serving Tekonsha for running a quaint, always clean inside and out.. the occasional miss filed letter, and sometime hard to find box, is all part of the charm and provides the opportunity to get to meet our postal workers.

This place use to be a great place now is a dump. Got folks working who years ago would never got a job here.

This is my favorite post office in the Kalamazoo area. The staff are very friendly (and always smiling), the line usually goes fast, and if there is an enormous line, as there was today, someone will come out with a portable counter to help people with easy orders (package drop-off, stamps). There are several handicap spots right in front (thank you!) - the shortest walk from the handicap parking to the door of any of our local post offices. I will drive out of my way to go here, and am pleased that we have such a nice, clean, friendly post office.
