This vet is the best around. They truly care about the animals they treat and really dig for the problem that is ailing the animal, they don't just treat the symptoms and move onto the next like my old vet.
The employees are all very knowledgeable, kind and patient. They are all so amazing and I can't sing their praises enough.

We went with a urgent problem and were welcomed after clinic was closed for holiday and was seen on a Saturday saving us a trip to the emergency hospital. They very kind and caring staff!

We took our much loved boy Peppy to see Dr Lon a few weeks ago. They were very kind and gentle with him. They helped us with his passing due to finding out he had cancer. We stayed in the room with him for about 1/2 hr, very happy they allowed us to spent time. We had paw prints made, i picked them up then they handed me a small decorated bottle with some of his ashes, i wanted to cry. I would recommend Tekonsha Animal Hospital to everyone. They are amazing.

Very disappointed in their services. Very poor customer service.
No compassion shown after passing of my cat. Very uncaring and rude attitude expressed by front desk person when I picked up my cat's ashes. Not one iota of condolences offered by front desk staff upon picking up my cat's ashes. I think they prefer dogs. Coleen is wonderful! She's not the front desk person that I'm referring to!

Definitely recommend, they take their time and don’t rush the appointment like most vets I feel do. Weren’t afraid to actually touch and inspect my dog even got on the ground to get the skin scrapings they needed. Leah was really nice too and was good at calming my boy down.

They let my family and I come in after the day ended to put my dog to sleep in a peaceful and quiet manner. Afterwards the staff sent us a card with their condolences as she had been a patient there for many years.
