Oh my goodness! First let me start off saying I love wild bills stores! But this specific location , every time I seen the same staff, Kyle Hunter , and very helpful young lady Angelica. I see them all the time I come in and they’re just so kind and wonderful and always has a smile and very eager to help me, im getting so old I get confused but every single of them are so patient and so generous. Keep up the great work you guys do. ??

I live between the Tecumseh and Brooklyn stores. For those who go to the Techumseh store might want to change and go to the Brooklyn store as the prices at the Tecumseh store are over half more for items than the Tecumseh store. I bought vape liquid at Brooklyn store for $12.99 and same product at the Tecumseh store was $24.99. Wild Bill's is taking advantage of the consumer!

I love this place and the employees. Always so kind and helpful and funny. The 2 guys who are mostly in there, I can’t remember their names but they are great. And there is a newish girl there now and she is great as well. Those three are my favorites and why I keep coming back :-) also patient when I’m indecisive lol. I only go here and to saline one, but mostly to this one. Saline asked I give them a google review and I thought, well while I’m at it….let me go give me 1st FAVORITE location a good review that they deserve too.

Just had a great experience here thanks to Jay, they had a cigar cutter in their case that ended up being in the wrong box AND rang up wrong in their system. She was super friendly the whole time, got ahold of her manager for me and was able to make everything right! The store was clean, humidor was decent size and was well stocked with plenty of variety. I'll definitely be back thanks to her!
