Skylar is polite, cheerful, and helpful getting information for me that she did not know off hand - on Monday morning right after opening, no less.On Tuesday when I called back after comparing other places, Nancy was also a pleasure to work with!Evidently, things have improved since the unfriendly help of yesteryear!
