Was out of town when my engine overheated. Took my car here as it was the nearest mechanic. They took my car in right away and were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed the same day. My cars working great, really appreciate these guys helping me out

We all expect mark up on parts, but when I received my estimate, I was being charged $820 for two parts that the same supplier he uses sold me directly for $226. Same brand and SKU. 400% markup? Absolutely unbelievable, and completely unscrupulous. Companies like this thrived on the ignorance of their cliental, and that may have worked in the 90s, but review your estimates and do a few google searches.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I don’t recommend Stevens at all. It’s a terrible company to do any kind of work on your vehicle or even for you at all I took a whole days work off of work for them to fix my vehicle. I said up appointment two weeks prior They have my vehicle for a full day and I have my number because they don’t work before not the greatest but they have I called them the next day to see the status of my vehicle. He’s like well we didn’t even work on it. I even know it needed work, but they didn’t even call me to tell me the day prior stay away it’s a terrible company to do business with. I do not recommend.
