Terrible experience. I was quoted 12k for a year with and 8k deductible and I asked if this was correct and she assured that she put everything in accurate and blammed "inflation" called another state farm and got quoted 2500 for the year and great coverage. I brought this up to her , showed her the quote..asked if she could explain the 10k difference and asked why I didn't get other options and she refused to respond. She clearly was working on commission and doesn't have her clients best interest. Very frustrating that when getting a home I had to deal with the stress of getting scammed and taken advantage of by an agent. I can't speak for the other agents at this location but karen is definitely a red flag and you should avoid this agent. Zero stars for karen...Scott campbell please be aware of the agents who are on your team. Your office lost a potential customer and potential referrals. She's not only robbing your clients she is losing you money.

The staff at this location are very kind and helpful. I received a reimbursement from them when my car broke down and I had to pay a tow truck driver out of pocket (for faster service). They had a check cut the very next day.

Terrible experience so far. Premiums increasing on both auto & home after first year initial period. Get you in the door, and hit you for no reason whatsoever despite impeccable driving record with no claims. Be careful.

very poor service from the agent and his team, I have not spoke with the agent in over 6 years, not acceptable,this insurance company also never advises you on the best deals for you and what you insure, no one ever contacts you, you always have to contact them, and the best they can say is I'm sorry you feel that way". This agent, agency and insurance sucks!
