Called this business October 2022 to cut a custom piece of glass for a backhoe window. He said no problem, i need the old one for a template. I said sure, and we made an appointment for him to come take out the broken window. He said two weeks to get the glass and cut it. I have been patient, have called every two weeks. I have now been told he ain't got any one that can cut the glass, and on top of that the guys in his shop have thrown away my broken window. Cant even get them to answer my calls at this point.

Called to set up an appointment. Was told that they would on Monday no call. I called back on Tuesday. Was told that they would come out on Thursday afternoon do not know what Thursday. Have not heard anything. Poor service. Would not recommend

We got a estimate for 3 screens for our house on April 24th, and ordered. We checked on the progress twice and was told that they are super busy and will call to let us know when they are ready. We have yet to hear from this establishment!! It is now JULY 7th !!! I will never recommend this business to anyone. We went to Tecumseh plywood and got them the next day!!

Cut some plate glass shelves for me. Size was perfect. The shelves only took a few days even though they had to order thicker plate glass for me.

Called them to come to my home to estimate cost to repair cracked windows in my old farmhouse, they responded so kindly over the phone. The estimator came out, gave a much better price than I'd anticipated and within two weeks, the very cordial repairman came out and quickly fixed all the broken windows in my home. It was a great experience from beginning to end - I spoke with 3 different people and all were delightfully polite, responsive and professional! I will always call on them if I need help again! Truly a warm caring business - really enjoyed doing business with them!

Service was fantastic! We had to have a broken glass insert replaced for a door and the screen replaced as well. Both were done same morning and for a great price! We will definitely be using On The Spot in the future for both personal and business.
