First time going here and it will be the last. I went in for just a simple trim and face framing bangs. The stylist trimmed my hair fine but when I told her I wanted my bangs a little shorter like I already told her (chin length) she said she was unable to do it because she'd have to pull in more hair from the back of my head. Which made absolutely no sense to me. I figured she either just didn't want to do it or she thought it'd look bad, either of which isn't her concern since it's my hair and I'm paying her for this service. I gritted my teeth, paid and then went home to cut my bangs how I wanted them, which surprise- it was easy to do and looks exactly how I wanted it now. I don't understand why some hairstylist think they get to dictate what a customer wants done to their hair. It's not your hair, it's mine. Please hire more professional and kind employees, the customer service sucks here.

I got in line at 2:20 said a 45 min wait
I got to the shop at 3:20 left at 3:35 was still 3 people ahead of me

I registered to get in line. I know it was for Tecumseh. I had a 74 min wait. They said they would text me when it was time to go in. I went in approximately 30 min early because it's like 95° outside. They said they never recieved my registration. I was no where to be found. Ok, I get that things go wrong. What I am not ok with was the way I was treated. They automatically assumed I messed it up. No sorry no would you like to register now. NOTHING!! They honestly made me feel like I was wasting their precious time. Well what about mine? I waited 40 min in 95° weather in my car with no air. Please do better with your customer service.

i went in for a hair cut, came out like a nightmare. I first went in, and asked for a shampoo, which they gave me and was extremely aggressive. My head was left hurting from her digging her nails into my scalp. i was obviously uncomfortable. next i have curly hair and i told her “please don’t cut anything short because i have curly hair” and i get the same thing everytime i go to a stylist, curtain bangs, face frame, a ton of layers and texture, she gave me most of this but forgot my hair was curly. i told her to take an inch of my length she took off 3 inches while my hair was straight from the water then proceeded to cut my bangs above my eye then none of the face framing and none of the curtain bang was there. it was just a regular blunt bang. remember how i have curly hair? yea she straightened it because it would’ve made them MICRO BANGS and she straightened them to cover up how badly she cut them. i’m scared to get my hair wet and my time was terrible. never coming back again.

They do a good job cutting my hair and meeting my expectations. Sometimes there’s a long wait. Definitely check in on their website instead of just showing up expecting to get right in.
