Baker propane has always treated me like family. I want to say a special thank you to cole that explained the way propane is priced and the way things work to a single mom that is so super overwhelmed. Nice to know there are still businesses that care about the little guy.

Very poor customer service do not recommend to anybody and if you speak to a manager her customer service is very poor as well go look otherwise for your propane needs

Ordered multiple items from them. The grinder I ordered had a broken on/off switch out of the box. They would not do an exchange and told me to deal directly with Metabo. The hose cover for the TIG torch was too long and I wanted to exchange it for a shorter one. They told me they needed a picture of the (unused) item before they would provide a return authorization, after which I could place a new order for the shorter hose cover. A few days later, after sending the email requesting the return authorization with the picture, they told me it was too late to return the item. They are very short-sighted when it comes to customer service here...

I should have bought my respirator helmet straight from Lincoln Electric since that is where it’s coming from. I paid for two day shipping 4 days ago and it will be shipped from Lincoln according to your customer service rep. Save yourself the headache if you want something order it straight from the manufacturer and pay them the shipping.

We arrived at Baker's at the last possible minute to fill our hundred pound tank and everyone there was super friendly and they were able to check us out and fill the tank in less than 15 minutes!

I looked at the web site, and saw good prices. Some reviews mentioned that they waited a long time due to the product not being in stock. I placed an order, and noticed that the items did not ship for several days, so I called the company. They were helpful, and informed that one item was out of stock, and recommended a replacement, or to ship without that item. I chose to upgrade the item, and it shipped the next day. I'm very pleased

My son is continuing his education and needed to get welding items. Their prices were really reasonable. They were very fast in shipping and respond within a reasonable time. We will definitely do business again in the near future.

Ordered from this company before and it was great. This time around it has been AWFUL. I placed an order on March 31st, and STILL DO NOT have the welding jacket I ordered that my fiancé NEEDS. I contacted customer service and they keep telling me "one more week" or they are giving me new dates, yet here we are STILL with no jacket.

Best price for a tig torch I was looking for! $160 savings!!!!!I called because I was unsure that the advertisement was not an error. I ordered the torch on Friday and I was emailed by rep at each stage from order confirmation to delivery. Torch was delivered in a well packed box on Monday! Only Amazon ships faster!! Glad to support this company going forward.Great customer service was demonstrated when sales rep was unsure of how to answer my questions and instead of guessing he took the time to call company direct and I spoke with ESAB tech Ihad my answer and proceeded to place my order. I would give zero stars if i could. I bought a house and the previous Owners used bakers and we switched to a new company in the same town that we live. They new company came out on January 29th to disconnect the tank and install a new one. I called bakers and told them that it was all disconnected and ready for pick up that the new company even moved it close to my driveway for them. I called in the beginning of March and the gentleman told me well we are having issues since the ground is so soft to get the truck to get it. ( Good reason as to why i want it out of my yard) Well here we are March 23rd and they still will not come get their tank saying that they don’t have any trucks coming to my area each time i call and cannot tell me when they will get it. Guess their tanks or customers don’t mean much to anyone there at this rate I’m going to have to drive it there myself to get it taken care of ????

The customer service with Baker's gas was the worst I have experienced in a long time. We ordered a new esab 235 with a spool gun to weld some projects we had coming to our fabrication shop. We waited to order parts until the order said it had shipped. Our pieces came in friday welder and spool gun to arrive monday. Monday the unit came without spool gun. I called Bakers gas and they said that the spool gun went out later than the unit. I asked where it said this in the proof that order was filled and shipped. He stated that there is another shipping statement emailed. I stated I did not get it and he immediately texted it to me. Then a couple minutes later the emails came for both. The spool gun went out a week later with no communication to the customer. If we had known it was delayed we had a week we could have planned for it. No communication but I had received 4 advertisements to buy more stuff from them. When I asked him he said sorry. We were out a week on getting started on 6k worth of materials and pushed back time frame to customers who almost pulled the job. We tig welded the job which took much more time and effort. Bakers gas response was SORRY. Not what can we do to help or can we over night you a gun and send the other when it comes, no solutions or help just sorry. There are many suppliers out there and they will not get another dime from us.
