I wish I could give a zero star rating. The softener install went well in spite of the "know it all installer." That's as good as it got. FOUR times I have had to call a tech out to fix one problem after another .Hard to explain what went wrong when the tech already knows, yes, that type. Each and every time it's another excuse. Each visit cost me $110.00 in service fees. The latest episode with Baileys is a $300.00 charge for something that should have been corrected during the last visit. Bailey's seems to think I'm a ATM machine. So, I'm going to have eat a $2,000.00 cost and have a company come out, rip out Bailey's failure and install a system that works. This what I get for buying local.

I personally do not get water care from them however... If I had the money I would. These people are the kindest most down to earth business people I have EVER met. Everyday on my walk I walk by and they greet me and give me tips on how to make this not so good Tecumseh water better and I'm not even a customer. They always have a smile on there face and make sure your needs are met. I would recommend them hundernd times to anyone in the area thinking about water care. You literally will not find a more genuine business then this bunch here. You need water you need to go!

Called to today looking to get my Softener serviced. Lady who answered was very short and rude asked me what brand my softener was and proceeded to tell me she can’t help me and told me to call a different water care service. I was looking to replace and add RO if the one I had wasn’t fixable, but I sure am not doing it through this place. This person had no interest in helping. The funny thing is that this company has been to my house and worked on my softener before with no issue . I am flabbergasted at the horrible customer experience I just had. Don’t worry I did call someone else and they didn’t even ask what brand I had, they just set up an appointment. You Need to get this lady out of the office. Who knows how much money she’s costing you.

The guys who deliver salt are fabulous, friendly and will answer any questions about our water softener. The office staff is also friendly and helpful.

I was having issues with my softener system showing an error code. I called and they were so nice and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. What an honest and wonderful thing for them to do. They could have sent someone out and charged me a service fee.If I ever truly do need service, this will be the company I call!

Just Recently had a install. Service was great! On time and quick install, very informative on the system, friendly. Was told I shouldn't need any servicing for 10 years. Looking forward to no more hard water issues. Price seems to be a little cheaper than other company's too! Recommend.
