Had them for almost 10 years now. They used a rubber line to feed my house never came back and out in a hardline. Very rude customer service. And since being diagnosed terminally ill they don't want to work with me anymore. Waited 5 days for them to come out just to be rude and then they took the tank. Have been charging double the price for a few years now and the company 5 miles from them charges half the price. Do not do business with this company unless you are ready for some really rude customer service.

Excellent customer service. None of the nonsense I experienced with other companies. All I wanted to do was buy heating oil and for some reason it was way more complicated at other places than it needed to be. Not here. Simple, easy and fast service is what I had here.

We've been using Avery for a while now. I like using the app to request a fill. They are usually there by the next day. No need to be home. They fill it up and leave my receipt in the door.

We have been with Avery oil for about 7 years now. Since we are retired and on a fixed income we chose to be on their budget plan for payments that has worked out great for us. At the end of the heating season we are usually even which is great too. We have never had to call for a fill up, or have never run out of gas. They have always been on top of keeping us with gas. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a propane source.
