Tried numerous times to contact, no response. When they finally do call back, and am told to come pick up my taxes on a specific day; there is a vehicle in the lot, their listed as open, but no one answers me at the locked door, or when I attempt to call. If I do not hear back, very soon, I will move to file a formal complaint with Michigan registered board of compliance. And rest assured, I will never do business with them again.
