Carl ? if I could give him 20 stars, I would I had a real debacle with our phone service after switching from Verizon. He got me squared away, took a while, but it was worth the wait. I would highly recommend him. I had to go back the next day for another issue and had Amari and she was terrific too.

Amari was great and helpful. She answered my questions with confidence and clarity. I take away the stores because the Xfinity is incredibly hard to work with. If you do not physically go into a location, don’t expect to get any help.

The rep at the door was very friendly and prompt sign in , Anthony was great and Clint was "excellent " friendly, knowledgeable , listening to you and figuring out what you were asking about . Clint is a great representative of xfinity and I would recommend to family and friends and anyone who ask to go here and ask for him . Great guy!

Stopped in on Tuesday Sept 9th, I probably wasn't even in the store for two minutes. They greeted me at the door and asked if I needed to replace the equipment I had in my hand and they walked me over to their desk. He scanned the equipment and handed me a new modem and I was ready to go. Excellent service! I probably spent more time parking then I was actually inside. Thanks!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Silas at this Location in Taylor was/is extremely Professional & Knowledgable with his expertise with phones and cable. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs for our phone network and cable. Silas will be my go to person at the Taylor location. Silas is a great asset to Xfinity. Thank you again, Silas ?

Worst Xfinity location EVER. I was in line and people who came in after me without an appointment were seen first. I asked an employee why and Amari jumped in to voice her opinion, which was unnecessary as I was not speaking to her. A customer chimed in and we got into an argument about HOW SHE WAS NOT INVOLVED. She kept going so I responded in kind. The customer must have thought I was going to be scared of her. I was not. AT that time Pierce the manager came over to try and help the situation. He told e to calm down, but not the customer who started it. Next the customer swore at me so I swore back. Again the manager blamed me and the customer threatened to call the police. I said go ahead, and she did not. The customer, and the employees, AMARI and PIERCE are incompetent with customer service. They should be fired or at least retrained. I am sure the whole thing is on camera. Corporate should review it with them. I am also filing a complaint directly to corporate and the BBB and while tell people never to get Xfinity.

Clint is the MVP! Amazing customer service skills and 100% understanding.
I had a problem where my internet line got cut by a landscaper. We called the 1-800 customer service line and was told they would get us a late Saturday maintenance visit but then sent a text that said Monday night. 4 days without internet is not ideal. I decided to go to the store and Clint was able to get us an appointment for the very next day :)

Hate calling the 800 # it seems impossible to speak to a live person. Just Need a phone number directly to a nearby store.

Everytime I have to go here I am always met with respect! They always help me out with whatever issue I am having as well! I also learned today to NEVER trust calling the customer support number because they are noting but a bunch of scammers I will forever be doing my xfinity related business in person for any future related issues. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

So disappointed in the service I received on a phone call from Leah, she was absolutely no help and kept repeating the same thing over and over! Would not connect me to a supervisor or schedule a call back with one.
