If I could leave zero stars I would. Very poor customer service. Called me twice but left no messages. When I called they claim they heard their Driver knocking on my door, but nobody has been at my house. They claimed they left me 2 voice messages, but yet I have none and when I called I had to tell them I had 2 missed calls so that should give them the info that I had no clue who they were. they told me that I have to reschedule, but I can pick up item after 6 pm. I do bot recommend this company as they definitely are unable to provide proper service for the customers they work for.

Hello. My name is marc, I recently had a TV delivered by you guys and the customer service agents were horrible. They were not willing to help accommodate me at all. The attitudes were nasty. The overall experience with you guys was bad. I work for a freight company and this is not how we treat people. I hope your company gets it together

Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Lynette the "president" has a big chip on her shoulder and handles her customers like garbage. The two individuals I talked to one being Lynette were the rudest people. I simply asked if they could roll the furniture down the side of my house to my walk out instead of going through my house and down sets of stairs, her response was "no we're not doing that and I'll just get someone else to deliver it." Don't even be in business if you can't handle simple customer requests. Maybe she should look at all of her other customer complaints....seems to be a trend.
