Kiera was amazing! She greeted me immediately when I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything or was shopping for anything specifically and was so helpful when I asked her opinions. She seems like such a great people person. More stores need employees like her.

What a GREAT experience I encountered with Kiarra (whom I assume is the store manager). She was such a pleasure to be around, she made my shopping experience so GREAT!! Kiarra literally gained a loyal customer out of me - I honestly would go to the store just to be around her, talking about AMAZING, WOW. customer service at its finest! She went above and beyond to ensure I left with not only what I was looking for but so much more - Windsor you all have a WINNER IN KIARRA!! Thank you, Kiarra for all your help, you are truly a gem ♥️Go visit Kiarra, you won’t regret it. Overall my BEST shopping experience ever!!!

Kiera Rocks! She helped my girlfriend find clothes and after we left the store my girlfriend wouldn’t stop talking about how awesome Kiera was. My girlfriend said she never experienced customer service on that level… My girlfriend loves to shop so I’m sure she’ll be back to see Kiera

Nice selections and good prices. Only issue was the employee. She was racing all over the store to collect and empty the trash while we waited for her attention, then when we asked for a different size shoe she said" yeah when I'm done" . So sorry, didn't know emptying trash was more important than serving customers...Then when we asked for a half size she lied and said we don't sell half size shoes and I found several half sizes in a bunch of other shoes.. unbelievable that we were just disregarded and she lied and was rude for no reason.

Windsor is the perfect place to grab a dress for the dance or that special night out. They are stocked with accessories also. The prices are very reasonable. There are many choices for every taste. Windsor is located in most malls. Make sure you check this place out before you purchase a dress elsewhere.

Went to this location earlier today with my kids to find a prom dress for my oldest daughter. Katie at the register was undeniably the best! She hyped up my daughter about her choice in dress, made sure to chat with my 2 younger kids as well, all without skipping a beat while ringing me up! My daughter even made a mention how nice Katie was after we left the store! Kudos to Windsor Taylor for their great team. We will definitely be returning soon!

Extremely rude. Didn’t bother listening to the customers point of view based on the return policy. They kept the censor on my jeans and I went back to see if they could take it off and right away said NO.

They never stay open past 630. They stop you at the door at 630 saying they’re closed when mall is open until 8. They’re extremely rude and need new staff. This place is a joke
