On Aug. 24, I filled a 90 day script of 5mg requip, that I take for restless legs every night. On Nov 1st I realized I only had a few pills left and was thinking it was time to call for a new script, but looked at the date and realized I should still have plenty but was short 21 pills. There are some days I have to take a half of one during the day, but I knew it was not that many times to be that short and though maybe the pharmacy shorted me, but how could I prove that, so I called my doctor and explained the whole situation so he prescribed me 2 different 90 day supplies 1 for 2mg to take when i need it during the say and another 90 day of the 5mg for night time. When I picked up the scrip the pharmacy had only filled the 2mg because they said it was too soon for the 5mg. I explained the situation of taking half a pill during the day and need the new 5mg scrip filled as well (I didn't mention I think they shorted me) so they did an over ride and filled it. The first fishy thing was the 90 day 2mg was $24, but the 5mg only $5. When i asked why, they said they didn't know but said maybe my insurance covers more for the lessor mg. Didn't make sense but whatever. 2nd HUGE thing, I counted my 2mg script when I got home (they were out of the 5mg so I haven't gotten that one yet) and guess what?!?! The script is short 10 pills. Instead of 90 pills there are only 80. I will be calling them as soon as they open.

They were so rude when the urgent care I went to forgot to sign off on my prescription and they didn't even give me a chance to explain. The guy I spoke to was pretty young and sent me away while he called to verify with my Drs office. I asked if I could come back at 5 after my shift and he said the close at 7 and nothing else. I left and 10 minutes later the pharmacist called and told me I was never even a patient at the office I went to and I understand that's what they told her but she had such a 'gotchya' attitude about it. I immediately went back to get my paperwork to take it to the urgent care I went to and I was the only person in line. The same guy I spoke to before was the only person at the desk and he was talking to another patient. After that guy walked away I started walking up and he called someone else. Mine you he looked at me 3 times before this and didn't even say one moment or acknowledge me. Anither lady from the back came to help me and she was very polite, I explained the situation and she went to talk to the pharmacist in the back and in a loud enough tone for me to hear over the counter she said "I'm not filling the prescription I already said it was fraudulent" without letting me explain myself. I came back with the prescription after I got it sorted out with my doctor and they forgot to put it in, and I explained the situation to them and they were so much nicer proving they truly had an attitude in the first place. I get instilling policy but coustomer service is still apart of the job.

Very rude and disrespectful lady pharmacist talked down to me from the start will not go back and will tell everyone I know to not go there it was that bad....hopefully she gets fired!

Definitely not a fan of the new pharmacy staff. Some what of an older lady that was doing consulting with the prescriptions is horribly rude and short with customers. But it was so wonderful of her to tell me that if I was a Walmart employee I would be able to comprehend their policies at the pharmacy. Customers could do without the belittling and demeaning attitude of that pharmacy staff.

After encountering no mailing envelopes at a nearby Dollar Tree, I visited this Walmart Supercenter which was pleasant to see. Its location was tucked not far from Detroit Industrial Expressway out of sight; and its exterior design appeared like any other Walmart location. Maynard James Keenan (American singer) once quoted - "People have to follow their hearts, and if their hearts lead them to Wal-Mart, so be it." As an Illinoian who loves Big Ten college football, I loved the numerous Michigan Wolverine fan apparel stocked. If not for the unbearable prices, I would have likely purchased either a Michigan Wolverines or maybe even a Detroit Tigers t-shirt to take back with me to Chicago Illinois. Walmart ended up having the type of mailing envelopes I needed, plus more! I was shocked at the variety of bubble mailers stocked on shelf. Likely, I will make off-and-on trips to our Walmart in Chicago to purchase mailers since I am an avid shipper whether it be off of Poshmark or eBay. Another one of my purchases was a fleece since I had tossed my lightweight jacket during the Detroit Free Press Marathon. After seemingly an endless search through both the men's and women's sections I settled for a zip-up fleece jacket by George to wear on flight back to Chicago. Though I would have preferred black, it was the comfortable appearance that made it acceptable for me. Other than leaving this Walmart with a new desire to visit for mailing envelopes, I left in realization that even with self-checkout it does not help the checkout experience go faster because those machines are just not reliable. Do not use Walmart Auto Center I went to get oil change on 12/15/2022 and was told to busy not taking new orders but I called head to see if I could get this done WALMART SUCKS

This is not too bad of a Walmart especially compared to the horrible one on mercury and ford rd in Dearborn .

I was in dire need of new shoes and had none to enter the store and was quickly stopped by an employee and explained I was trying to get shoes. They asked for a manager when I explained I was there to buy shoes. When the manager arrived "Deb" she was extremely rude and explained when my employees tell you you can't come in without shoes you need to leave. Would not recommend.

To the money service employee Dawn Absolutely Ridiculous you should be reprimanded by HR and trained to do your job properly without giving an attitude to customers very poor example as an employee. Terrible at your job!

If I could give this store zero I would, it's gotta be the management, more people walk out without buying because it's so poorly stocked, the never have buggy's and they leave spills for more than thirty minutes, never in lanes open and when it is they are often rude. You gotta do better than this.
