My son has been on his seizure medication for 6 years, he ran out and I can't get ahold of his doctor. Pharmacist is refusing to do an emergency refill. I called another walgreens and they said they would have no problem doing the emergency refill if the prescription was at their store. So this location would rather a 9 year old seize instead of pushing an emergency refill through.
Absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed and get a new job.

Why are they closing earlier than 9pm. Got there at 8:45 and the doors were locked. Customers were still pulling up and they would not open door. A lighter complexion girl with really long hair was managing. That is unacceptable

Worst Pharmacy ever. Totally incompetence and so freaking rude. Their technicians haven't got a freaking clue as to what their job is. Had shoulder surgery today and went to pick up my Meds I was told by the "Technician/ cashier " that they were out of stock and I was going to have to call around and find it myself, Really!!! You could have did what they call " Customer service " and called either Me ahead of time or called another local Walgreens to see if they had the meds. God forbid they ever have to work a real job.

Lucas helped to provide the best customer service to me , at the photo counter. I was a little disappointed in the original outcome of my pictures but Lucas saved the day, by helping me to fix my photos . I am very grateful for such a pleasant visit ..

The staff for the general merchandise is always so kind whenever I stop in. They have each displayed great customer service to me regarding any of shopping needs and or returns.

The only reason I am giving a one star is because zero stars is unavailable. The pharmacy has given the wrong medication to their clients, and they do not take responsibility for their actions. Do not go here unless you’re ok with giving your child some random adults medication.

Don't go to this place on the weekends... No body works there that could possibly be helpful at any time during business hours.Rude employees that won't do their job....Let customers stand in line while they visit with friends.Worst place ever...Go to another store that has thinking humans working there.

My family has never felt so bullied and treated so badly. Tammy and Stacy have horrible customer service and all of my family and friends will be switching pharmacies. We have been loyal customers for many many years but we have been treated awful at multiple occasions and are done putting up with it. Between all of us we have over 20+ perceptions monthly and I will be posting on social media about my experience at the Taylor Michigan walgreen pharmacy on telegraph and eureka road and recommending no one ever go back there.

Worst pharmacy ever. Lazy, rude and useless. They want the customers to do their job for them. Do not go here!! Moved my scripts to Telegraph and West, very helpful and got script filled same day. Amazing what real customer service can do.

A young man who worked there was really rude! He complained when I went to the front register instead of going to the photo counter where he was standing. I won't be shopping at that store.

Literally the worst experience here. My husband I both have covid and needed our prescriptions. We have used this location once before and assuming they have our information on record, and knowing I’d be keeping others safe using the drive thru window…the pharmacist could not find my insurance information with my insurance card in his hand! Told me there was nothing he could do and to call another pharmacy to fill our scripts. On top of that, the other pharmacy would have to call them and get the information! Thanks to the lack of skills, we have to wait until tomorrow to get our medications. Luckily we have mild symptoms and aren’t severely ill. I’ll never use this location again.
