My post is like others this place should have zero Stars. Quit going to the pharmacy because of incompetency. Same insurance every month problem with my prescriptions. I have not gone back into this establishment in almost a year. Stopped in yesterday because I needed to put money on my Green Dot card. This was very important. Holly was extremely helpful and kind as she always is I can't say so much for the manager Melissa. This woman is lazy. This woman should not have a job here. Because of her laziness and refusal to come out of the back room to swipe her manager's card to finish my transaction I in turn got screwed. They had already scanned my code to deposit the money on my card but then this woman and her laziness couldn't complete my transaction I was turned away after waiting over 5 minutes to be helped because of short staffing problems. It locked the card. I could not go to another Walgreens and put money on the card. Now I have to pay a balance fee on top of it all. Walgreens should be paying that. Melissa is lazy and useless.

Should be zero star, the lack of communication is the worst. I don't care how busy you are, hire more people. Other pharmacies closed and you received more patients, how more people and actually try communicating with people instead of wasting our time when picking up prescriptions.

Recently moved. Called into this pharmacy had meds transferred. Went to pick up they said insurance denied it. Called insurance is good. Go back n lady says I can't use the Medicaid number need a card. Even though EVERY doctor, dentist, pharmacy does. Bring in the card. Another lady says I need that and a MI healthcare card number that's why it's not accepted still. I knew she was wrong but went home looked into it. They are wrong again. Called n spoke w a manager. She says oops we were billing for two months that's why it won't go. Tell her about the excuses n she says all we need is the Medicaid number. These ppl are so incompetent and lazy they'll make up lies for days so they don't have to lift a finger n look on their computer. Took a week to sort it out n it was them all along. Pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Employees should be ashamed

If I could a zero I would. In the process of moving my prescriptions cause I can't anymore with them. Their so rude, snippy and condescending there. I had to tell one of the girls about themselves the other day for the second time I'm so sick of people being put out by doing THEIR job. Employees get away with anything anymore. DO BETTER walgreens you must be desperate for workers to keep folks around!!!!! Taylor Employees need classes.

Sarah, the pharmacy technician manager, oversteps her boundaries often. She is unprofessional & should be removed. If you question her & she disagrees, she consistently & permanently deletes your prescription/s from the system. It’s gone forever, apparently with no trace, other than from the sending physician’s records. This has happened to me 3 times now. It’s so inconvenient & frustrating. Ultimately I speak with the pharmacist & he/she just brushes it off and says, “Oh it even happened a few other times this week.” None of my prescriptions in question were too early to be filled. Now I’ve been a long time customer & finally figured it out. Also, I’ve read other reviews at this location & I see a similar pattern. These actions are morally wrong. Pharmacists generally will not cancel a prescription without discussion with the ordering physician. In my three cancelled prescription cases, my physician was not contacted by the pharmacy. In all of my cases, I personally contacted my dr to requests the prescriptions to be resent. Finally, all three prescriptions were eventually filled at this Walgreens location, usually 1-3 days later. Sarah knows this little trick & it appears she uses this tactic to punish those customers who she deems overly inquisitive or even a bit rude. I hope the executive team reads this & investigates. Thank you for your time.* I used an alias name at review top to protect my identity

Every time I come here it's worse. Long waits in person and on hold. Twenty minutes and counting isn't a "brief" hold. They've lost my business.

I have never had a worse experience at a pharmacy. Waited almost 35 minutes in line to get a prescription then just couldn't wait any longer due to a time constraint so I have no prescription. This place needs to get it together. No care at all for customer well being.

Only reason I've been going to this pharmacy is the fact that my wife used to work there up until the time of her car accident which she ended up passed by away and it was a memory of her every time I go in there....the pharmacy staff is horrible rude question you like your some kind of drug addict over your "controlled" prescription like your some kind of drug addict and they like to hold your medication even though my insurance are agreeing to fill it....short staffed seems to be a common issue as well....about to switch pharmacys...I do not recommend dealing with the pharmacy at all!

The absolute worst pharmacy. Nothing is ever filled on time, the staff are rude and not informative. Ashliegh is the worst but they are all scatter-brained, rude and flustered every time. Save yourself the headache and go to any other pharmacy.

I’ve never had such an awful experience at a store In my life today I went to Walgreens and I shop here all the time but not at this location I did two transactions that went perfect then I realized I forgot a piece of candy and I saw a face wash on sale that I wanted so I went and grab it went back up and the 20 year old kid said you can’t do more then 2 transactions a day (I’ve never herd of that in my life )so if I do this for you I’m not allowing you to take anything that prints out even tho I know nothing going to print out besides a receipt it’s the point that he is trying to withhold stuff that is legally mine if I buy it I get the receipt and whatever else prints out with it and the fact that he is trying to make up his own rules for Walgreens he kept blaming it on his boss (Dan) I ended up calling Walgreens customer service and explain to Them what happened they said he absolutely can not do that and that they will be fallowing up after that I went back in to buy the candy and I told him just keep what prints out idc and he would not let me buy it crazy to think all that over a piece of candy but how ignorant can people be causing unnecessary problems for people especially knowing all the violence going on these days….

Terrible experience with the pharmacy staff. The non pharmacy staff were very nice though. I will not be coming back here for anything prescription related. They are slow and do not care if you need your medication.
