Used to love this pharmacy 6-7 years ago. Now it’s terrible. All the good pharm techs have moved on. My prescriptions are constantly out of stock, no communication. Different ‘policies’ applied between actual pharmacist and pharmacy techs. I asked what my options were and The mid 30 yr old woman pharm tech literally said “try calling back in 2 weeks”. I was stunned. That is so inappropriate. I am transferring my prescriptions to a family owned pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Service is slow. They lie to you when your script is ready. They screw up and try to play you for a fool. I’m one step ahead of them. They tried to over ride the prescribed medication my doctor prescribed. Stay away from this place. Find another Walgreens this will be my last prescription from them. There has been many issues with this place this is not an isolated issue. But this is the last straw. I’m done.

This Walgreen has to be the slowest when it comes to pharmacy. Waiting inside or in the drive thru for at least 30 mins is absolutely insane!! They need to either close down or hire more help!

Be sure to choose another pharmacy before you waste your time here. Was given the incorrect medication after confirming with the assistant. They are always short-staffed, be prepared to wait in line for at least 10 to 15 minutes even if there’s 1-3 people in front of you, they were extremely slow, and have poor attitudes. Not being critical, just honest.

Wow, what an App service!Fast forward to 2023....had five stars, new crew does not care about customer service!! Waited a long time in drive through to have the clerk have script in hand walk away, not knowing I could hear them. I Said something to clerk who gave me script she says they are busy. No one in line inside store. She replied there are other things to do. I know this, but wouldn't have been better to give me the script first instead of making me wait longer? No customer service now!!Gave two stars because if you're lucky you can get someone who knows what they are doing.

=PUT ME IN DANGER AS THEY WERE UNWILLING TO REFILL MY PRESCRIPTION=I have been struggling off my medication for over a week now because the pharmacy has been denying my refills “waiting for the doctor” to send in a note.They’ve told me this on the 24th, 18, and 11th of October over phone.Called again TODAY(October 31) to be told the same exact thing.Called my doctor to see what’s going on and said they placed a refill notice on OCTOBER 10 and it was confirmed at 2:43pm same day.I called back right after and someone else picked up the phone, said they didn’t have it, and when I said I called my doctor she suddenly went “Oh yeah on the 10th? Sorry we’ll get it done today” with no remorse or care for being so irresponsible.The pharmacy would also constantly forget/never prep the proper needles when the sizes and types are listed as well on my refills as well, which makes it extremely difficult to get proper consistent injections.I can only remember the name Destine(?) because she was always kind and helpful when I was struggling with what to do

One star for the worse pharmacy workers ever. I went to pick my son’s prescriptions up in the drive through and was met with a very unhappy heavier set blonde woman. Every time I would ask her a question she would literally throw the phone down and walk away. She was rude the whole time. She should find a new profession if she doesn’t want to interact with customers. Unacceptable.

If 0 star were an option, that's what I'd give for the pharmacy which is a joke. The pharmacist Ala couldn't care less about patients who need to fill prescriptions so why bother being a pharmacist at all? I was on the phone following up on the status of my prescription from 10:30am to 5:44pm. Pharmacy closed at 6pm. I never got my Rx filled.

Insurance is forcing us to use Walgreens. We transferred all of our medication from Meijer to Walgreens. We’re supposed to have 10 prescriptions. I asked the person at the counter to please go over the prescriptions three times to make sure that I have the correct items. She gave my wife’s information but never told me mine. Upon leaving the store I found out I received the WRONG medication. Came back in and the girl was incredibly rude. She insisted she told me what medications I was getting. Why in the world would I purchase a medication that is not being used? Also missing 3. My wife received two medications that were wrong. If you value your life don’t go here unless there’s no other option.

Person working the counter today was Rude and unprofessional! I asked several times to know what prescriptions I was getting and she ignored me. She told me what my wife was getting after the third try. Well I didn't get my blood thinner I needed today. Instead I received wrong meds and my wife Received TWO!! Be careful if you value your life!
