By far the worst customer service I’ve EVER had from a pharmacy. I’ve only been coming here for only 6 months and almost everyone that works here has been very rude to me. I have been denied my refills that were sent over FAR over advance time for them to prepare and have been denied because they didn’t have it ready and it was close to closing time. I NEEDED that medicine right now for an allergic reaction, and was denied it because they want to go home on time. It’s not my problem my script was never filled after several days of it being sent over. Just do your job and be considerate of what other people are going through, we are there to get medication for diseases that most of the time are adding heartache to our lives. So please, just be conscientious and courteous to your customers that are clearly dealing with something.

My family has never felt so bullied and treated so badly. Tammy and Stacy have horrible customer service and all of my family and friends will be switching pharmacies. We have been loyal customers for many many years but we have been treated awful at multiple occasions and are done putting up with it. Between all of us we have over 20+ perceptions monthly and I will be posting on social media about my experience at the Taylor Michigan walgreen pharmacy on telegraph and eureka road and recommending no one ever go back there.

Called today 4.3.23 at 3pm to check status of a RX. lady i spoke to was rude. Switching all my pharmacy needs to CVS.

I found their lunch times were not as exactly as po said they will shut the window on you early at least they did me.

A young man who worked there was really rude! He complained when I went to the front register instead of going to the photo counter where he was standing. I won't be shopping at that store.

I'm a regular customer on eureka and telegraph. Usually know everyone there personally in the pharmacy I drove up to the pharmacy this person was very rude I told her she must be new because everybody else is more courteous she said she was having a bad day I advised her maybe she should take a break or go home cuz that has nothing to do with the customers because you having a bad day you want to be rude

I went to the Walgreens store today Telegraph and Eureka Road Taylor Michigan and apparently the lady wanted to charge me $7 $0.30 for two packs of Marlboro and $7.70 for two packs of Newports plus a book of stamps for $11 and the total bill came up to $53 I'm sorry but I did my math and the bill came up to $41 without tax so you're telling me that you're charging me $12 for taxes on this I Can Do Better shopping someplace else

So I had my prescriptions called in to this Walgreens location. This was first time visiting here. As I approached the pharmacy counter I was greeted by a Pharmacy tech Janie. She was pleasant and had positive energy. She was very detailed and explained the information about the medication. The store was very clean and organized. They were fully stocked and if you need something that they are out of, they will let you know when it will be in. They also have a Rewards Program to earn points on each visit. The points can be used in the store for later purchases. Great service and good sales. I will definitely be going back.
