Customer service at this location sucks! The females that work here have no desire to work. I showed up to my appt this past Saturday and I was 2 mins late because I was struggling to find their location because it was my 1st time there. I was super excited to go because they offered some glasses that I really wanted & was looking forward to getting but because of my experience I probably won’t get them now because I refuse to return to this place. When I walked in to a EMPTY store they immediately told me I had to reschedule my appt which I kind of knew because I could tell from their poor reviews they have poor service there but again I really wanted these glasses so I went any way. So when they told me to reschedule I told them I’ll pass because their attitude was very NOT WELCOMING from the moment I opened the door. So as I was leaving I asked them did they know they had a LOT of bad reviews and that they should been more understanding and try to work on their lack of willingness to assist. Amy, who works there and appeared to be doing absolutely nothing proceeds to try to talk over me and she cut me off multiple times as I was trying to tell the other 2 woman how bad the reviews ways but even though I wasn’t talking to her (Amy) she keep trying to argue with me while she turned red and tell me “you should try to be on time for your appt” “it don’t matter why your late” and she said other things that was rude and nobody asked her to comment on. I know I was late. That has nothing to do with them having poor reviews and what I was trying to say before Amy rudely decided she was going to over talk me to prove a point that only her cared to prove. I feel like because all 3 of the females there was doing NOTHING and there was no one in the store, what would it have harmed them to assist me with getting some glasses. The level of laziness is so loud. I’m really upset I didn’t get my Coach glasses but this whole experience just made me appreciate Henry Ford more and I should have stick to what I know and where I know I’ll get good service and not entitled attitudes. I really hope those ladies get some type of sensitivity training or something cause Amy shouldn’t be dealing with the public with a attitude like that. Also if someone from Vision Works sees this I would like to be contacted to file a formal compliant. I have sent an inquiry on the website so hopefully someone contacts me.

When I first called for an appointment, the woman who answered the phone stated they did not accept my insurance despite their office being listed on the insurance company's website. She didn't say she would check ... she just stated that they did not. Of course I checked with my insurance company and they confirmed my insurance. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 1:40 PM. Unfortunately, due to a car accident on Telegraph, I was 10 minutes late. When I arrived, I was told that there was a 10 minute grace period and I would have to reschedule. I am an individual who values time ... not only my own, but the professionals that care for my health. Had I known about the 10 minute grace period (which was not mentioned in the copious amounts of literature sent to me) I would have called the office while waiting for police to clear the roads. Needless to say, I'll be taking my health care needs elsewhere and advising my senior group to do the same.

Got to my appointment early and was simply told to wait and no one else was in store but me and my husband and two clerks. They proceeded to talk about clothes shopping and Christmas loudly between them ignoring me completely. I needed help selecting frames and many things as it’s my first time getting glasses. Very unprofessional ladies and very rude and dismissive. Walked out after few minutes of their conversation. Thanks for nothing.

Waiting to see if the lab can cut the lenses right for the third time. My exam was September 22nd,still waiting for the correct cut on the new lenses. I’m done with this office and company.

Horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment, they cancelled it on the same day claiming the machine was broken. sI reschedule it for 2 days later. My appointment was at 520, there was no parking in front of the building and I walked in at 527 to be told I have to reschedule because they only wait 5 mins

Originally went to a different location. They kept telling me I only had $50 frame allowance. 2 seperate appts told her that is not right. She then Just handed me papers that says $50. So I left and went here and told them the story. She called and verified I had $150. So I got my frames here.Thank you for listening to me .

Terrible service. They were rude, took over an hour to just do the eye exam, and expected me to wait longer to see a dr and technician on a screen, despite there only being one other client present! Terrible customer service.

Worst place Ever. I have been sitting here waiting to get my glasses fixed AGAIN for over an HOUR. They keep falling off my face. They said they fixed it last time and within a day they fell off my face Again. Now they do t even acknowledge me when I walk in the door. Do NOT go here. Customer service is horrible.

Worst place ever. My husband waited almost 2 months for his glasses and they were still very poorly put together. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else.

I'm done with VisionWorks. I've been a customer for years and I was always satisfied until recently. I talked my wife into going there last year to order her new glasses. When she received her glasses she realized they forgot to put the prescription lenses in them. She then asked for them to put a rush on the glasses since we were leaving for vacation and they told her that they couldn't do that. Today I've just called visionworks for the 10th time in the past 3 weeks and still no answer on where my glasses are or when to expect them. My glasses were guaranteed to be in by January 21st and it's now February 4th. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I don't recommend them.
