Got my phone January 4th. New phone new line. Switched from att they told me I had 30 days to come back and use the promotion. I came back January 14th to use the promotion for the iPad. Nate the senior manager was not good at his job. They were unable to keep their promises for the 30 day promotion said it was over and I couldn’t do it. So I called and explained the situation and they gave me the promotion over the phone. This location is the worst one around . Nate needs demoted maybe someone else will take his job seriously.

I was ordering phones through Verizon and they sent me the wrong one. customer service told me to take it to my local store and they would exchange it for me. I walk in to the store on Eureka Road and everyone seems busy and there’s several people standing around. There’s no direction on how to check in or where to check in. No one acknowledged you. They all ignored so I stood there for probably five minutes and then one of the workers walked kind of near me so I questioned how do I check in? She said oh someone will come and help you after that one of the employees that was helping someone came over and checked everyone in not in any order everyone after me got put before me and after waiting several minutes A gentleman said he couldn’t exchange the phone without a $50 restocking fee even though this was Verizon‘s error there was nothing he could do about it so I wasted my afternoon at this Verizon location with all rude employees who obviously don’t like their job I would not advise going here for anything

Can’t help get sent to phone service that can’t help for issues with charges there putting on the bill out of no where!! Verizon is just trash. Go with someone else. Scam after scam.

The staff here are jokes they cater to who they want when they want. Management needs to take the refresher course on how to operate a business. Been here for 20 minutes just to pick up a phone already ordered signed in and everything and people walking in after getting service before the people that have been waiting and signed in.. WHAT A EFFIN JOKE!!!!
Guess that's what you get when they hire entitled staff..
If there is an owner of this location they need to monitor their store by all the cameras if they did I bet the entire staff would change...

They don’t explain the plans very well, and I felt like I didn’t have the option to say no or have any customization. Went with it anyway because YOLO, but then came back for a trade-in. Our CSR disappeared for 20 minutes and then tried to sell me something I didn’t ask for. We left and I guess I’ll upgrade online to make sure I know what I’m getting into.

Thought coming into the store would save me hassle. Absolutely not the case. The rep I worked with did not explain any of the delivery options for the new phone besides having it sent to me. It was on back order. And now they are attempting to deliver it during the middle of the work day and requiring a signature. UPS can’t change anything because they are restricted by the sender. And Verizon said once an order is submitted they cannot change anything. So now they are just going to keep attempting to deliver it 3 times and then once that’s done then they apparently send it to the store? So I’ll get it maybe a week later? Awesome. Great customer service. So glad I spoke to a real person. Really helped with this one.

They got 10 workers and only helping 2 people at a time don’t waste ur time here go to a different one lol there’s no reason to have atleast 5 employees in the back who hide and don’t do their job. I would add a picture of these 3 workers sitting down at a table not interacting with a single customer lmao

Came to pick up a order from verzion at 6pm. The order was placed at 8:30am. I was met by Jessica at the door at
6pm who looked for my name and shoed me away after she couldn't find it. I called verzion customer service and went back to the store where J@#%$ greeted me with an attitude, rushed me to find the email, asked me if I could read and was very rude. I asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager but she was the asistant mamager. The manger did come and help me resolve the issue. This interaction with Je$*<$# was heard and recorded by the verzion wireless agent and he escalated the issue. I also made the request to speak with the district manager but was told to leave my info and they will call me. I won't hold my breath. I'll never go here again.

Bought the iPhone 14 when it 1st came out and got a case and screen protector with it the salesman assured me the screen protector and case has a LIFETIME warranty said if either ever breaks just bring it to him and he will fix it for free of course that wasn’t the case they couldn’t help me as usual I will never come back you guys lost my business for good
