I called 22 minutes before they closed (4pm) told her there was a mess up with my change of address and she said I needed to go online and change my address I said I did that and was called twice verifying the change in address. I haven't received a piece of mail in 2 weeks. I'm also waiting on a $5,700 check that I need due to a house fire. She put me on hold until they closed. Place is a joke I would give negative stars if I could. I would go there and pick up my own mail If I could.

Package is usually on time until it hits this facility it took three days to get from Washington to pa and one day for pa to Detroit but I guess it takes longer than three days to make it the last 30 minutes the package before this one was at this facility for two days then the day it’s supposed to be delivered it ends up in Saginaw before arriving two days later this whole company is a complete joke hopefully they do become privatized then they can either revamp themselves or continue like they are and go out of business

I live 40 minutes away from this abomination. My package has 'left' this facility 3 times over the past 3 weeks. It took 2 days to get from Florida to Detroit, yet Detroit can't get it it in under a month. Detroit just needs demolished and start a new.

incompetent. my mail is continuously delivered to the wrong address other people's mail is continuously delivered to my address how hard is it to do your job? Package deliverie times continuously missed or dropped off at the wrong address.

Can’t even get in the building. Truly just a distribution center even though the sign out front says United postal service. When I tried to enter the building an associate just watched me and said nothing. Don’t put this on google as a postal office if it can both be used that way. Would give 0 stars if I could

This place is a freaking joke. I called because I urgently needed a package that was supposed to be delivered the day before and the guy was as rude as can be. I had called 1-800-ASK-USPS when the package was going to be late and they had assured me that this office would be able to help. Don’t waste your time.

I was suppose to receive a package 2 WEEKS ago. I decided to contact the business owner in which I had placed my order with and they had let me know they sent it out the day after I put in my order with them. USPS has managed to deliver my items to a completely different address and marked my items as received. Tried calling in the morning only for someone to completely avoid trying to help me and told me to call at a certain time, I called the place at the time they told me to only to find out they were already closed. Completely unprofessional, not only did I lose my package but my money as well in the process of all the incompetent people running the place.

I would love to give no stars if it was an option. we do not get any mail because we were on vaction for two weeks. they thought we moved, we kept calling and getting no solution to the problem.
