Told 4 people in front of me they couldn't do anything for them. Didn't give them suggestions or anything. Had an attitude the whole time. When I got up there they told me I couldn't pick up my package. It would have to be redelivered, so I went back to my car. They came out started yelling for me with an attitude and kind of aggressively for me to go back in there and then tell me that my package is there and I can pick it up.

Packages don’t get delivered or delivered next door! This person on my route clearly doesn’t care!!! Horrible delivery service

Customer service all around is garbage. I stood in line for 20 minutes while watching 1 employee take care of a line with over 10 people. Heavy set lady came to front just to look at us and scan packages from behind the glass for 20 minutes before helping. Just to be told they can't print out my return label. I do NOT recommend this location. There are 2 other locations (faster service) 1 in Allen Park and the other in Southgate. Recommend.

I’d rate them no stars if I could. My package was not delivered because they apparently didn’t have access to my location (although I don’t understand how because I’ve had many packages delivered here), so my package was never dropped off to me. This was yesterday, so today I call this post office and they refused to answer. I called for an HOUR straight. Phone just ringing and ringing. Crazy part is, I think someone finally answered the phone but then kept acting like the phone was breaking up. I don’t think this location is interested in helping people and it’s ridiculous. All I know is I better get my package or I’m raising hell.

I get tracking on my packages and almost every single time itll come in from detroit then taylor will send it back to detroit. detroit will send it back to taylor and it will either be delivered or sent to trenton who then sends it back to taylor before it gets delivered to me. Ordered from a place in wisconsin, it arrived at taylor at the expected time but instead of taylor delivering it to me they sent it back to wisconsin. Isnt being a graduate a requirment there?

This post office is terrible! Mail is always late! I get informed delivery of what I’m supposed to receive every day and like clock work they are always running behind 24-48 hours sometimes even up to a week late! You call and complain and I’m told they are hiring Smdh I bet they are!

Taylor Mi. post office offers the worst service, never know when you will receive your mail.It's 7:15p.m. on Tuesday Jan.16.2024 not a mail carrier in sight.

The Taylor post office is terrible I've had construction on Ecorse rd in Romulus for the whole summer,FedEx, UPS,Amazon etc have all kept my packages coming with few hiccups,but Taylor's U.S.P.S gets "F" with problem after problem,excuse after excuses for not delivering our mail and packages, either its an obstruction, bad weather, dog loose in area,etc...etc,can't get them on phone,and when you do ,they are rude and put you on hold, so long phone goes to fast busy and hangs up on you, then you can't reach anyone on phones after that.You tell them to hold your mail thinking it' will be better,it's even worse going inside ,bring your patience because you will be there for awhile.so rude and unorganized, I was able to finally get my mail but found out it wasn't all of it.so the whole process started over the next day of trying to retrieve my mail,I even downloaded the app thinking it would bring some sort of relief, app would show out for delivery but never was delivered.and when you call Taylor, and finally get someone they would go above and beyond and call driver while you're on hold and say "sir your packages are on the truck ,and will be delivered today"at end of the day,still no packages or mail..and the days you did recieve your mail and packages, it felt like you'd hit the lottery for a million dollars. But all in all Taylor post office I'd say REEKS!!! ? IN A BAD WAY,And Trust, if it was another way to bypass that Taylor office and pick my mail up from another place or have delivered from elsewhere, I would.That place is definitely in need of a management overhaul.

We Don't have the Biggest or Best Post Office here in Taylor but it's Clean, Got Friendly Employees (Most Days) Well Equipped, Lots of Parking, Hallmark Cards, Packing Supplies, Handicap Parking & Ramp. On the Down Side it's Wheel Chair Accessable to the Door Cause those Automatic Doors haven't worked since 85' I Believe.

Very rude staff ,Terrible customer service with long waits!! The fair skin young lady with red hair needs to be fired, she is always very unpleasant with a bad attitude every time i'm in there ,which is often!!
