“This was such a fun team building event! We did the Drunks of Antiquity tour and everyone is still talking about how much fun it was and asking when can we do it again. Our guide Steph was amazing and knowledgeable providing us with the history of the establishments we visited. Our driver Sully was great too and helped us to feel safe throughout the tour. HIGHLY recommend you will not be disappointed.”

“When you are driving on a service drive, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO YIELD TO TRAFFIC COMING FROM THE OFF RAMP. This very dangerous driver who most likely has a class B CDL (due to the size of the bus) not even bothering to stop and decided he wanted to merge into my lane while i was merging onto the service drive off of west bound 696 at the 11 mile off ramp. Absolutely UNSAFE driving and disgrace to a company who’s services is transportation.”

“I did a bit of research online for shipping my car cross-state as part of moving house and got very nervous - the car-shipping business is really an open commodity sort of business, with independent drivers & trucks, lowball estimates that get increased and/or delayed. Action Auto was recommended by my move coordinator and I had a great experience! The price was a bit higher than some of the lowball bids, but what I saw online makes me believe those low estimates were never going to materialize. I needed a definite timeframe, and Action Auto made it happen at the quoted price. The driver was a friendly guy who reassured me, loaded my car carefully, and communicated with my sister who received it on the other end. Overall, great experience. By the way, my car is a standard SUV - not a fancy sports car or antique; I'm sure you can pay for special handling for those kind of specialty cars; I can't speak to those, but in my case of a standard car, open carrier, Action Auto delivered a great service on time and at a decent price.”

“After our flight was delayed more than two hours due to DTW power outage on Nov. 5, we were relieved to see the US Park shuttle ready and waiting after midnight. Driver Sharon was very diligent about getting us right in front of our car and when we discovered we had left a phone on the seat, dispatch got ahold of her immediately and we were able to pick it up minutes later. The dispatcher reminded us to use AAA which we would have forgotten about due to the stress of the moment. Every employee was courteous and it was very convenient. Much less expensive than parking at the airport.”
