“Bank manager JENNIFER BARTOS!!! She gets it done when it matters! A few years ago she saved my house!!! I was denied by the underwriters. She stayed after hours with me 3 days straight and was able to get me what I needed to save my home! I had 5 days until foreclosure she had me in the clear in 3. Now I couldn't get approved anywhere but miracle worker Jennifer got me in my dream car no problem. Can't thank her enough. She's the absolute best. Hopefully she can me the money I'm going to need when I lose my license in this thing lol”

“25 year member. The whole family banks here. Incredibly good used auto rates while everyone else has gone up so much. The tellers all know you by name and frequently your kids too. Its like a walk back in time to when banks had personal service, I wish there was a six star option.”

“I have really love this bank and Chase over all. They have always been very helpful and friendly especially with some of my transactions which dealing with the amount of money I was getting in from an inheritance and buying a home which made me very anxious. This is the thing though and it is so simple but just causes having in getting to your money and that is the debit card which I have lost. The bank I dealt with before Chase I could just walk into the branch and get a new card on the spot without waiting the 5-7 days I am told on line it will take to get my new card. It did not even give me a option to pay more to get it sent expedited which I would gladly pay to get it sooner so I could get things switched over that are being automatically with drawn from my account. This card is my life line for gas groceries ect...it is disappointing that a bank this large would not have something like this. May have to rethink banks on just this situation. Sad because I am really happy with them except this one thing...”

“i really liked how the branch manager, who could not help me with a home loan, took my "vital" information and passed it on. So when the correct person at Flagstar did contact me, he knew why i was calling, what information he needed to start helping and everything!! it was great that i did not have to repeat myself several times, she briefed him for me! loved how Prepared He was for our call. I really appreciate customer service.”

“So I would like to praise one of your associates, Amber Rich. She was the MOST helpful to my daughter and I recently. Thank you so much. We went in there thinking something happened to my daughter's account. Amber could see the anxiety on my face and she could hear it in my voice too, so she was being extremely patient and calm. She is an awesome individual and I'm so glad God led me to her, cuz at that moment I was on the verge of a heart attack. Amber was so calm and that made me feel at ease a bit. “My mom passed and I had to close out her account. I wanted to shout out Cindy (I'm so sorry if I got her name wrong. I have the memory of a goldfish). She was so kind and gentle about the whole thing. She didn't push or ask any questions, she just acknowledged some of the hardest points of losing someone so young, and continued completing my request. Even though it's been a year and a half, her kindness made it easier to complete one of the last things I needed to do to close out my moms estate, which is bittersweet itself. Thank you, Cindy. You have no idea how you helped and healed me a little bit. I hope this finds you and you know that you positively impacted me today.”

“Sooooo my company has a business account with that company. I absolve all the original staff, Jeremiah, Becky, all of them! There's one person named Shawn there who I don't see often, but for some reason he just gave me the worst attitude on this particular day. He wasn't smiling, wasn't asking about my day, wasn't asking other questions a teller would. I'm a manager at my job and take great pride in seeing others display a good amount of Profesionalism, especially when dealing with other businesses. I really hope Shawn has a better day, but man... that is NO way to treat customers. He was cold, and I didn't feel welcomed there... there's honestly no room in a professional setting for people who let their emotions get in the way of work. I know businesses don't really care about bad reviews, but as someone who is a manager for a retailer, this is some of the worst customer service I seen in a long time.”

“I love Wings Credit Union, however when entering you password you should have a show button so that we can see what number is being entered. I put my password in 3 times when I was doing business at the Credit union because I couldn't tell what letters I was pushing. This would be a great feature if implemented”

“I lived in Romulus for work for over a year and a half . I had some issues making mortgage payments when they were due because of some circumstances and I wasn't from here . This branch absolutely did everything to help me and I was able to sleep at night knowing I could go here to handle my business for my entire stay. Thank you to all of you here .”
